It is. Thus, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, in order to pervade all sentient beings with love. In the worlds of the northwest direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who abide, will also protect this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva from falling into the ground of the Hearers or the Solitary Buddhas. The Four Great Kings, the gods of the Thirty-three, the Yama, the Tushita, the Enjoying Emanation, the gods who control the Emanations of Others, the Brahma Assembly, the Brahma Assistants, the Great Brahma, the Light, the Minor Light, the Immeasurable Light, the Universal Purity, the Good, the Minor Good, the Immeasurable Good, the Extensive Good, the Great, the Minor Great, the Immeasurable Great, the Great Fruit, the Non-Thinking, the Non-Affliction, the Very Visible, the Abundant Manifestation, the gods of Akanishta, will also protect this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, so that nothing will become an obstacle. All physical defects will completely disappear in this life. Why? Because this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, in order to pervade all sentient beings with love. In the worlds of the lower direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who abide, will also protect this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva from falling into the ground of the Hearers or the Solitary Buddhas. The gods of Sight, Wondrous Appearance, and Akanistha will also cause some obstacles to that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Therefore, they will completely protect him. Moreover, whatever physical defects there may be, all of them will completely disappear in this very life. Why is that? It is because that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. In the realms of the upper direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, who reside there, will also cause that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva to fall into the Hearer's ground or the Solitary Buddha's ground. Therefore, they will completely protect him. The Four Great Kings, the gods of the Thirty-three, the Yama, the Tushita, the Nirmāṇarati, the Paranirmita-vasavartin, the gods of the Brahma realm, the Brahma attendants, the Mahabrahma, the Light, the Lesser Light, the Immeasurable Light, the Pure Light, the Virtue, the Lesser Virtue, the Immeasurable Virtue, the Increasing Virtue, the Great, the Lesser Great, the Immeasurable Great, the Fruitful, the Non-afflicted, the Non-tormented, the Excellent Sight, the Wondrous Appearance, and the gods of Akanistha will also cause some obstacles to that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Therefore, they will completely protect him. Moreover, whatever physical defects there may be, all of them will completely disappear in this very life. Why is that? It is because that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. Sharadvatiputra, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who acts in this way is said to be diligent in the Perfection of Wisdom. Sharadvatiputra, furthermore, when the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, the doors of dharani, the doors of samadhi, eloquence, and the doors of individual perfect knowledge will also manifest without much effort. will also please the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas, and will never be separated from those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, until they are manifestly enlightened in the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Sharadvatiputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not think, 'Is there any dharma that will be united with dharmas, or separated, or encountered, or not encountered?' Why is that? Because he does not truly see any dharma that will be united, or separated, or encountered, or not encountered. Sharadvatiputra, such practice by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva is called diligence in the Perfection of Wisdom. Sharadvatiputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not think, 'Will I manifestly awaken to the realm of dharma, or will I not?' Why is that? Because the realm of dharma does not manifestly awaken to the realm of dharma. There is no manifest awakening, no one who manifestly awakens, and no action of manifest awakening. Sharadvatiputra, such practice by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva is called diligence in the Perfection of Wisdom.
