The Noble Eightfold Path and the Four Noble Truths, the Eight Liberations and the Nine Successive Abidings, and the doors of liberation of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, all samādhis and all dhāraṇī doors, the Ten Powers of the Tathāgata and the Four Fearlessnesses, the Fourfold Perfect Knowledge, great love and great compassion, and the giving of the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are completely given. Question: Blessed One, how does a Bodhisattva Mahāsattva strive in the Perfection of Wisdom, so that it is called striving? The Blessed One said: Son of Śāradvatī, here, if a Bodhisattva Mahāsattva strives in the emptiness of form, it is called striving. If he strives in the emptiness of feeling, it is called striving. If he strives in the emptiness of perception, it is called striving. If he strives in the emptiness of formation, it is called striving. If he strives in the emptiness of consciousness, it is called striving. If he strives in the emptiness of the eye, it is called striving.
