Similarly, in the southwestern direction of the world, having overwhelmed worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River with light, form, splendor, and glory, it dwells beautifully, brightly, completely, and clearly. Similarly, in the northwestern direction of the world, having overwhelmed worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River with light, form, splendor, and glory, it dwells beautifully, brightly, completely, and clearly. Similarly, in the lower direction of the world, having overwhelmed worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River with light, form, splendor, and glory, it dwells beautifully, brightly, completely, and clearly. Similarly, in the upper direction of the world, having overwhelmed worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River with light, form, splendor, and glory, it dwells beautifully, brightly, completely, and clearly. It is like, for example, the king of mountains, Mount Meru, dwelling having overwhelmed all other black mountains, is beautiful, bright, complete, and clear. It is like, for example, the mandala of the moon dwelling having overwhelmed all forms of stars, is beautiful, bright, complete, and clear. It is like, for example, the mandala of the sun dwelling having overwhelmed all other lights, is beautiful, bright, complete, and clear. Similarly, the Bhagavan having overwhelmed the ten directions of the world, including gods, with Indra, with Brahma, with the Pure Abodes, also dwells beautifully, brightly, completely, and clearly with light, form, splendor, and glory. Then again, the Bhagavan showed in this three-thousand great thousand world realm what the nature body of the Bhagavan is like. Then, all the gods of the Pure Abodes, the Abhasvara, the Brahma realms, the Paranirmitavasavartin, the Nirmanarati, the Tushita, the Yama, the Thirty-three, and the Four Great Kings, as many as there were in this three-thousand great thousand world realm, having seen the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha seated on a lion throne, rejoiced

Having joy, contentment, and great delight, feeling comfortable and content, they took divine flowers, divine garlands, divine incense, divine unguents, divine powders, divine scented unguents, divine উৎপলa (Sanskrit: utpala), lotuses (Sanskrit: padma), water lilies (Sanskrit: kumuda), white lotuses (Sanskrit: puṇḍarīka), blue lotuses (Sanskrit: nalina), सौगन्धि (Sanskrit: saugandhi), divine flowers of kesara, leaves of tamāla, divine garments, divine ornaments, divine umbrellas, divine banners, and many divine flags, and went to where the Bhagavan was, and offered flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, scented unguents, উৎপলa (Sanskrit: utpala), lotuses (Sanskrit: padma), water lilies (Sanskrit: kumuda), white lotuses (Sanskrit: puṇḍarīka), blue lotuses (Sanskrit: nalina), सौगन्धि (Sanskrit: saugandhi), flowers of kesara, leaves of tamāla, garments, ornaments, umbrellas, banners, and divine flags to the Bhagavan. They completely offered. They thoroughly offered. In this three-thousand great-thousand world system, as many beings as there were who were tamed and subdued, they also took many flowers that grew in water and flowers that grew on land, and went to where the Bhagavan was, and made offerings to the Bhagavan. The flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, and so forth, as well as the garments, ornaments, umbrellas, banners, and flags, all of them immediately, by the blessing of the Bhagavan, in the sky above the head of the Bhagavan, formed a house of flowers and so forth, which remained as large as the three-thousand great-thousand world system. From that stacked house, many divine flowers and silk streamers hung down. They completely hung down. They thoroughly hung down. Those flowers and silk streamers made this three-thousand great-thousand world system exceedingly beautiful. The light of the Bhagavan, which was like the color of gold, also became exceedingly beautiful, bright, and radiant. Just as in this three-thousand great-thousand world system, so too in the east.

Therefore, the people of Jambudvipa (the southern continent) saw the body of the Tathagata and, never tiring of seeing it, thought, "The Tathagata is sitting in front of us, teaching the Dharma!" Just as the people of Jambudvipa thought, the people of Aparagodaniya (the western continent) saw the body of the Tathagata and, never tiring of seeing it, thought, "The Tathagata is sitting in front of us, teaching the Dharma!" The people of Purvavideha (the eastern continent) saw the body of the Tathagata and, never tiring of seeing it, thought, "The Tathagata is sitting in front of us, teaching the Dharma!"
