་པའི་གནས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་སར་གནས་བརྟན་གྱི་བྱ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཁྲུས་སར་དགེ་སློང་གནས་བརྟན་གྱིས་ཁྲུས་སར་དགེ་སློང་གསར་བུ་བསླང་བར་མི་བྱ། ཁྲུས་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་ལས་མི་བསླང་བ་ནི་ཆུང་ངུ་ན་ཁྲུས་སར་ཞུགས་པ་ལས་བཟློག་པར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་ཁྲུས་སར་གནས་བརྟན་གྱི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཁྲུས་སའི་ཉེ་འཁོར་གྱི་བྱ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ཁྲུས་སའི་ཉེ་འཁོར་དུ་འགྲེང་ཞིང་འདུག་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་ནས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ཁྲུས་སའི་ཉེ་འཁོར་དུ་བྱ་བའི་རྣམས་ནི་མ་ གཏོགས་པའི་བར་དུ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་ཁྲུས་སའི་ཉེ་འཁོར་གྱི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །མཆིལ་མའི་བྱ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དེ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་གིས་སྒྲ་དང་བཅས་པར་མཆིལ་མ་དོར་བར་མི་བྱ། ལྕེ་དྲིལ་བར་སོས་མནན་པར་མི་བྱ། སྟོན་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མ་ཡིན། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། མཁན་པོ་དང་། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། བླ་མའི་དྲུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། བླ་མར་གྱུར་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། ཟན་ཟ་བ་ན་མ་ཡིན། འཐུང་བ་ལ་མ་ཡིན། ཡོངས་སུ་ལས་བྱ་བའི་སར་མ་ཡིན། དགེ་སློང་གིས་བབ་བབ་ཏུ་མཆིལ་མ་དོར་བར་མི་བྱ། མཆིལ་མ་བོར་ནས་ཕྱལ་བར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། ཡང་ན་རྐང་པས་ཉེས་ཤིག །ཡང་ན་སས་ཁོབ་ཤིག །དགེ་སློང་གིས་མཆིལ་མ་ཕྱི་ཕྱིར་དོར་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །དེ་སྟེ་ཕྱི་ཕྱིར་འདོར་ན་དེའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་གཞན་མི་བདེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་ཕྱིར་གནས་གཞན་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་མཆིལ་མའི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །མཆིལ་མའི་སྣོད་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་མཆིལ་མ་དོར་བའི་ཕྱིར་མཆིལ་མའི་སྣོད་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་གནང་སྟེ། རྫ་མཁན་གྱིས་བྱས་པ་དང་། བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བྱས་པའོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་མཆིལ་མའི་སྣོད་དུས་དུས་སུ་བརྟག་པར་བྱ། བསྐམ་པར་བྱ། དབེན་པར་གཞག་པར་བྱ། ཤིན་ཏུ་བཀྲུ་བར་བྱ། ཅི་ནས་དེའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཕྱི་ཕྱིར་ཚོལ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་མཆིལ་མའི་སྣོད་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སོ་ཤིང་གི་བྱ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དགེ་སློང་གིས་སོ་ཤིང་རིང་པོ་བཅའ་བར་མི་བྱ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐུང་བའང་མ་ཡིན། ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦོམ་པ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཕྲ་བ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། ཡུན་རིང་དུ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། སྟོན་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མ་ཡིན། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། མཁན་པོ་དང་། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་ཐད་དུ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། བླ་མའི་ཐད་དུ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། བླ་མར་གྱུར་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། མེ་ཁང་དུ་མ་ཡིན། བཀད་སར་མ་ཡིན། འཆག་སར་མ་ཡིན། དུགས་ཁང་དུ་མ་ཡིན།

叫做“处所之行”。什么是沐浴处的住持之行呢?在沐浴处,比丘住持不应在沐浴处劝新比丘。不应阻止进入沐浴者,如果年幼者进入沐浴处,不应阻止。这叫做沐浴处的住持之行。什么是沐浴处附近的行呢?比丘不应在沐浴处附近站立或坐卧,直到如同之前所说,除了在沐浴处附近应做的事情之外。这叫做沐浴处附近的行。什么是吐痰之行呢?比丘不应发出声音地吐痰,不应用舌头卷起后用力压下,不应在导师面前,不应在佛塔旁,不应在堪布和轨范师面前,不应在上师面前,不应在上师的尊长面前,不应在吃饭时,不应在饮用时,不应在所有工作之处。比丘不应随意吐痰,吐痰后不应擦拭,或者用脚踩,或者用土掩盖。比丘不应向外吐痰。如果向外吐痰,为了不因此使他人不悦,应前往其他地方。这叫做吐痰之行。什么是痰盂之行呢?世尊为了比丘们吐痰,允许了两种痰盂:陶工制作的和自己制作的。比丘应当时时检查痰盂,使其干燥,放置在隐蔽处,彻底清洗,务必使其不因此而向外寻找。这叫做痰盂之行。什么是牙木之行呢?比丘不应使用过长的牙木,也不应过短,不应过粗,也不应过细,也不应使用太久。不应在导师面前,不应在佛塔旁,不应在堪布和轨范师面前,不应在上师面前,不应在上师的尊长面前,不应在火房里,不应在砍伐处,不应在经行处,不应在浴室里。

It is called "the conduct of the place." What is the conduct of the resident at the bathing place? At the bathing place, a resident monk should not urge a new monk at the bathing place. One should not prevent those who enter the bath, and if a young one enters the bathing place, one should not prevent them. This is called the conduct of the resident at the bathing place. What is the conduct near the bathing place? A monk should not stand or sit near the bathing place, until, as before, except for those things that should be done near the bathing place. This is called the conduct near the bathing place. What is the conduct of spitting? A monk should not spit with a sound, nor should he roll his tongue and press down hard. Not in front of the teacher, not near the stupa, not in front of the Khenpo and Acharya, not in front of the Lama, not in front of the elders of the Lama, not while eating, not while drinking, not in all places of work. A monk should not spit carelessly, and after spitting, he should not wipe it, or step on it with his foot, or cover it with earth. A monk should not spit outwards. If he spits outwards, in order not to displease others because of it, he should go to another place. This is called the conduct of spitting. What is the conduct of the spittoon? The Blessed One, for the sake of the monks spitting, allowed two kinds of spittoons: those made by potters and those made by oneself. A monk should check the spittoon from time to time, dry it, place it in a secluded place, and wash it thoroughly, so that he will not have to look for it outside because of it. This is called the conduct of the spittoon. What is the conduct of the tooth-stick? A monk should not use a tooth-stick that is too long, nor too short, nor too thick, nor too thin, nor should he use it for too long. Not in front of the teacher, not near the stupa, not in front of the Khenpo and Acharya, not in front of the Lama, not in front of the elders of the Lama, not in the fire room, not in the chopping place, not in the walking place, not in the bathroom.
