A monastery is called a place where the Sangha rejoices, and because monks arrive from various places, the tasks assigned are also different. Therefore, that monk should examine whether these assigned tasks are in accordance with the Dharma or not. If it is in accordance with the Dharma and does not harm oneself or others, then leave it alone. If it is known to be not in accordance with the Dharma and will harm oneself and others, and if our side is strong, has friends, and has attendants, then because of this, the Sangha will not split, the Sangha will not conflict, the Sangha will not divide into two factions, and the Sangha will not become independent.
