What is it that both causes division in the Sangha and is definitely wrong? It is Devadatta, he both split the Sangha and is definitely wrong. What is it that neither splits the Sangha nor is definitely wrong? It is other than those situations. Are all those who cause division in the Sangha unwise and also speak unwisely?
