The Lord was entreated, and the Lord said: "Therefore, it is permissible for the Sangha to find or make a patterned partang (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning). If a person is given something by another, it is permissible to hold it if it is dedicated to the donor himself. It is not permissible to make it oneself." The Lord said to the Sangha, "It is permissible to hold a patterned partang (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) that is found or made. It is permissible for a person to hold something given by another if it is dedicated to that person himself." After this teaching, another monk said, "I did not make a patterned low table; it was given by another, and I hold it." When this happened, the monks entreated the Lord, and the Lord said: "Monks, I spoke with the patterned partang (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) in mind, not the patterned low table. Therefore, it is permissible for the Sangha to find or make a patterned low table. But it is not permissible for an individual." The Lord said, "When a bhikkhuni comes out of the summer retreat, she should practice wandering." After entering the summer retreat, they did not repair the cracks in the house, and because they did not repair the cracks, it became inappropriate. When this happened, the monks entreated the Lord, and the Lord said: "If a bhikkhuni enters the summer retreat and does not repair the cracks, it will become a transgression." The fifth verse of the Single Door Four Line Sutra. In short, going and returning, there is no giving. Having given, it returns again. The Sangha should also give. From where was it borrowed? The Buddha, the Lord, was staying in the Jeta Grove of Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti. A householder's relative had passed away, and for the sake of offering, they led with banners and flags and took the body to the cemetery. Then they brought them back and offered them to the monks, but the monks did not accept them. When this happened, the monks entreated the Lord, and the Lord said: "Say, 'Gone and returned,' and take them away. Some, having offered out of poverty, were then despised, and the monks did not give. The Lord said: "If he asks again, give it. He despised it."

That person later regretted it and returned the things, but the monks did not accept them. The monks reported this matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: 'Let him come again, do not doubt or be angry.' The origin of the matter is that in Shravasti, a monk in charge of food borrowed some property from a layman for the sake of the Sangha, and later he passed away. After hearing the news of his death, the man came to the monastery and asked: 'Is there a monk named so-and-so?' The monks said: 'He has passed away.' The man said: 'Venerable, he borrowed some property from me.' The monks said: 'Go and ask him for it.' The man said: 'If it was borrowed for the sake of the Sangha, please repay it; if it is not for me, please give it to me.' The monks reported this matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: 'If it is known that he borrowed it for the sake of the Sangha, the Sangha should repay the debt.' Monks, I will establish the precepts of a monk similar to a newly working monk. When a newly working monk borrows something, he should ask the older monks. If the newly working person does not act in accordance with the jointly observed precepts, he will be considered in violation. The sixth verse of the Single Door Four Sentence Sutra ends. In short: Sugarcane and monks, eating and dividing benefits greatly, not dividing and the fourth, stars should not be shown. The Buddha, the Blessed One, was staying in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti. The Sangha obtained some sugar cane, and the Blessed One instructed: 'Give one-third to the novices.' So they each received one-third of the sugar cane. The monks were arranged in order of seniority and divided into two rows, and returned to the beginning of the order of seniority. The Venerable Sgra can 'dzin was sitting in front of the Blessed One, he was eating a piece of sugar cane and looking at the face of the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: Venerable
