ཀའ་སྩལ་པ། མཚན་མོ་ཡང་འཐུང་ཤིག །དེས་འབྲུ་མར་བསགས་ཏེ་ཞག་བདུན་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ནས་འཐུངས་པ་དང་སོས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །གླེང་གཞི་ནི་མཉན་དུ་ཡོད་པ་ན་སྟེ། དགེ་སློང་གཞན་ཞིག་ནད་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་པ་དང་། དེ་ཡང་སྨན་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་ནས་ནད་མེད་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་ནས། བཞིན་བཟངས་བདག་ལ་ནད་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་གིས་བཏབ་ན་སྨན་གྱི་ཐབས་སྟོན་་་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེས་མར་རམ་འབྲུ་མར་འདི་ཙམ་ཞིག་འཐུངས་ན་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དེ་བཤེས་ཉུང་བས་བཙལ་ ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་ནས་ཡང་སྨན་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་ནས་བཞིན་བཟངས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བསྒོ་ཡང་ཁོ་བོས་འབྲུ་མར་་་ཡང་མ་རྙེད་ན་མར་ལྟ་ག་ལ་རྙེད་གཞན་ལྟ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅི་རུང་སྟོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དེས་འཕགས་པ་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དགེ་སློང་ཞིག་གིས་འབྲུ་མར་སྦྱར་ན། འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཞིག་གིས་མར་སྦྱར་གྱིས་དེའི་གན་དུ་སོང་དང་། གལ་ཏེ་སྦྱར་བ་དེའི་ལྷག་པ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་སྲིད་དོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དེ་དག་གི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་ནས་བསླངས་ན། དེ་དག་གིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་ཞག་བདུན་ལས་འདས་ཏེ་སྦགས་པར་གྱུར་པས་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དེ་དེ་ལྟར་གྱུར་པ་དགེ་སློང་དག་ལ་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ནད་པའི་ཐབས་རྟོགས་ལ་མར་རམ་འབྲུ་མར་གཞན་ཅི་ཡང་རུང་བཞག་པ་ཡང་བླས་བཟའ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་དུ་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མར་རམ་འབྲུ་མར་རམ་གཞན་ཅི་ཡང་རུང་བཞག་པ་ཡང་བླས་ཟོ་ཤིག །དེ་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་དུ་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ན་བྱིན་ལེན་བྱེད་པ་མེད་དོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། བྱིན་ལེན་བྱེད་པའི་མི་མེད་ན་བྱིན་ལེན་མ་བྱས་ཀྱང་བླས་ཟོ་ཤིག །གང་གི་ཚེ་ན་བ་ན་་་གནང་བ་དེ་་སོས་ནས་མ་སྤྱོད་ཅིག །སྤྱད་ན་འདས་པ་དང་བཅས་པར་་་འགྱུར་རོ། །གླེང་གཞི་ནི་མཉན་དུ་ཡོད་པ་ན་སྟེ། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཨུ་པཱ་ལིས་ཞུས་པ་བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མིག་སྨན་གྱི་སྣོད་གང་ཚེ་ཆོངས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ན། ཅི་འདྲ་བ་བཅང་བར་བགྱི། ཨུ་པཱ་ལི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལས་བྱས་པ་མ་གཏོགས་སོ། །ཡང་ཞུས་པ། བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡུལ་ཡངས་པ་ན་མི་རུང་བ་རྣམ་པ་བཅུ་སྤོང་ལ། རུང་བའི་ཁང་པ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ན། ཅི་བཙུན་པ་ཁང་པ་འོག་རུང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ན་ཁང་པའི་སྟེང་ཡང་རུང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་་་པར་འགྱུར

如是宣说。晚上也饮用吧！因此积攒酥油，加持七日后饮用，便痊愈了。故事发生在舍卫城。一位比丘生病了，他去医生那里说：“请让我痊愈吧！”然后说：“贤者，我得了这样的病，请告诉我治疗的方法。”医生说：“喝下这么多的酥油或麻油，就会痊愈。”因为他朋友很少，寻找也找不到，又去医生那里说：“贤者，即使你说了，我也找不到麻油，更何况是酥油呢？请稍微告诉我其他可以的办法。”医生说：“某位名为‘圣者’的比丘会制作麻油，某位名为‘某某’的人会制作酥油，你去他们那里吧！如果他们制作的还有剩余，也是有可能的。”他去那些人那里请求，那些人说：“这位有寿命者，已经过了七天，已经变质了，没有了。”他把这件事告诉了比丘们。比丘们禀告了世尊。世尊如是宣说：为了了解病人的治疗方法，无论是酥油、麻油，还是其他任何东西，都可以拿来食用，不要对此有任何怀疑。世尊说：无论是酥油、麻油，还是其他任何东西，都可以拿来食用，不要对此有任何怀疑。这样宣说后，就没有给予和接受的行为了。世尊如是宣说：如果没有给予和接受的人，即使没有给予和接受，也可以拿来食用。什么时候给予的允许痊愈了，就不要使用。如果使用，就会变成犯戒。故事发生在舍卫城。具寿邬波离向佛世尊请示说：尊者世尊，您什么时候允许使用眼药的容器呢？应该拿什么样的容器呢？邬波离，除了用珍宝制作的以外。又请示说：尊者世尊，在广阔的地方，请您加持舍弃十种不适宜的，加持适宜的房屋吧！尊者，如果加持了房屋的下面适宜，那么房屋的上面也会被加持为适宜吗？

Thus it was declared. Drink also at night! Therefore, having accumulated butter, blessed it for seven days and drank it, and became well. The story took place in Shravasti. A certain monk fell ill, and he went to the doctor and said, "Please heal me!" Then he said, "O good sir, if I am afflicted with such a disease, please show me the method of treatment." The doctor said, "If you drink this much butter or sesame oil, you will be cured." Because he had few friends, he searched but could not find any, and again went to the doctor and said, "O good sir, even if you say so, I cannot find sesame oil, let alone butter. Please tell me some other way that is possible." The doctor said, "A certain monk named 'Arya' makes sesame oil, and someone named 'So-and-so' makes butter. Go to them! If there is any leftover from what they made, it is possible." He went to those people and requested, and those people said, "O venerable one, it has been more than seven days, it has become spoiled, there is none." He told the monks about this. The monks reported to the Blessed One. The Blessed One declared: To understand the method of treatment for the sick, whether it is butter, sesame oil, or anything else, it should be taken and eaten. Do not have any doubt about it. The Blessed One said: Whether it is butter, sesame oil, or anything else, it should be taken and eaten. Do not have any doubt about it. After saying this, there was no giving and receiving. The Blessed One declared: If there is no one to give and receive, even without giving and receiving, it should be taken and eaten. When the permission given has healed, do not use it. If you use it, it will become a transgression. The story took place in Shravasti. The venerable Upali asked the Buddha, the Blessed One, "O venerable Blessed One, when do you allow the use of containers for eye medicine? What kind of container should be used?" Upali, except for those made of precious jewels. He further asked, "O venerable Blessed One, in a vast place, please bless the abandonment of the ten unsuitable things, and bless the suitable house!" O venerable one, if the lower part of the house is blessed as suitable, will the upper part of the house also be blessed as suitable?
