将地面打扫干净，或者让人打扫。头发要收集起来，丢到垃圾堆里。剪指甲也按这个顺序。对于已经不舒服的，不要再增加不舒服，没有不舒服的就不要那样做。如果做了，就会变成有过失的。事情的起因是，在舍卫城的时候，有一个比丘生病了，他用根、茎、叶、果实的药来治疗，但是他的病没有好转。后来，医生来到了寺庙，比丘们对他说：贤者，如果像这样的比丘生病了，请您教导治疗的方法。医生说：圣者，吃一点晚上的面粉粥就会好转的。他们说：贤者，世尊没有允许我们吃晚上的面粉，我们怎么能吃晚上的面粉呢？医生说：圣者，你们的导师是慈悲的，他会允许的。事情就是这样，比丘们祈请世尊，世尊开示说：比丘们，就像没有牙齿的老牛吃大麦一样，这是有可能发生的。因此，允许用老牛吃过的大麦做成面粉来布施。不要对此怀疑。即使布施了面粉，病也没有好转。比丘们详细地问医生，医生说：圣者们，那是因为味道已经消失了，没有用处。用其他的大麦做成面粉来布施吧。事情就是这样，比丘们祈请世尊，世尊开示说：因此，用没有被别人吃过的大麦做成面粉，用筛子过滤后布施。比丘们按照那样做了，但是病仍然没有好转。比丘们详细地问医生，医生说：圣者，做成糌粑来布施就会好转的。事情就是这样，比丘们祈请世尊，世尊开示说：如果医生这样建议，就把面粉做成糌粑来布施。同样，把面粉做成面团，或者任何东西都可以。

Clean the ground thoroughly, or have someone do it. Hair should be collected and thrown into the dust heap. Cutting nails should also follow this order. For those who are already uncomfortable, do not add to their discomfort, and do not do that to those who are not uncomfortable. If you do, it will become a transgression. The origin of the story is that in Shravasti, there was a monk who fell ill. He was treated with medicine made from roots, stems, leaves, and fruits, but his illness did not improve. Later, a doctor came to the monastery, and the monks said to him: "Wise one, if a monk like this falls ill, please teach us the method of treatment." The doctor said: "Venerables, eating a little flour porridge in the evening will improve it." They said: "Wise one, the Blessed One has not allowed us to eat flour in the evening, how can we eat flour in the evening?" The doctor said: "Venerables, your teacher is compassionate, he will allow it." That's how it happened, the monks prayed to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Monks, just as toothless old cows eat barley, it is possible. Therefore, it is allowed to make flour from barley eaten by old cows and give it as alms. Do not doubt this." Even after giving the flour, the illness did not improve. The monks asked the doctor in detail, and the doctor said: "Venerables, that is because the taste has disappeared, it is useless. Make flour from other barley and give it as alms." That's how it happened, the monks prayed to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Therefore, make flour from barley that has not been eaten by others, filter it with a sieve, and give it as alms." The monks did as they were told, but the illness still did not improve. The monks asked the doctor in detail, and the doctor said: "Venerables, make tsampa and give it as alms, and it will improve." That's how it happened, the monks prayed to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "If the doctor advises so, make tsampa from flour and give it as alms. Similarly, making dough from flour, or anything else, is also acceptable."

都给予吧！对此不要疑惑。故事的起因是在舍卫城。当时，在舍卫城，另一位比丘生病了。他用根、茎、叶和果实的药物治疗，但没有痊愈。有一天，一位医生来到了精舍。比丘们问道：贤者，这位比丘生病了，用什么方法治疗呢？请您开示医方明。医生说：诸位贤者，给他下午喝肉汁，他就会痊愈。他们说：贤者，世尊不允许贤善者下午进食，怎么能让他下午喝肉汁呢？医生说：诸位贤者，你们的导师是慈悲的，他会允许的。事情就是这样，比丘们禀告了世尊。世尊开示说：比丘们，有一种动物叫做熊，它吃肉的方式是这样的。因此，允许用熊吃过的肉熬制肉汁给他喝吧！对此不要疑惑。他们用熊吃过的肉熬制肉汁给他喝，但仍然没有痊愈。比丘们详细地询问了医生。医生说：诸位贤者，那已经失去效力了，用新鲜的肉熬制肉汁给他喝，他就会痊愈。事情就是这样，比丘们禀告了世尊。世尊开示说：如果医生说用新鲜的肉熬制肉汁给他喝，那就这样做吧！因此，允许用新鲜的肉熬制肉汁，用布过滤后给他喝吧！比丘们那样做了，但仍然没有痊愈。比丘们详细地询问了医生。医生说：诸位贤者，给他灌肠吧！事情就是这样，比丘们禀告了世尊。世尊开示说：如果医生说给他灌肠，那就灌肠吧！还有，切碎的和干燥的都给他吧！对此不要疑惑。这是故事之源第三品的第三个偈颂。总而言之，烟熏、饮料、狮子皮和滴鼻剂。

Do not doubt it. They made meat broth from the meat eaten by the bear and gave it to him, but he still did not recover. The monks asked the doctor in detail. The doctor said: Venerable ones, that has already lost its potency, make it from fresh meat and give it to him, and he will recover. That's how it was, and the monks reported it to the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: If the doctor says to make meat broth from fresh meat and give it to him, then do so! Therefore, it is allowed to make meat broth from fresh meat, filter it with cloth, and give it to him! The monks did so, but he still did not recover. The monks asked the doctor in detail. The doctor said: Venerable ones, give him an enema! That's how it was, and the monks reported it to the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: If the doctor says to give him an enema, then give him an enema! Also, give him all the chopped and dried things! Do not doubt it. This is the third verse of the third chapter of the source of the story. In short, smoke, drinks, lion skin, and nasal drops.
