The elderly and those who practice like Brahma, the extremely elderly. There are three situations where there is no fault even without confession: when a fault has occurred before, in a place of thieves, and when dwelling separately. Furthermore, there are three situations where there is no fault even without confession: having no shame, harboring resentment, and following others. There are three types of admonition: the admonition of the Sangha, the admonition of an individual, and the admonition of individual liberation. Furthermore, there are three types of admonition: the admonition of the Sangha, the admonition of the group, and the admonition of the Sangha's elder. Furthermore, there are three types of admonition: the admonition of the Acharya, the admonition of the Khenpo, and the admonition of the Sangha. Furthermore, there are three types of admonition: the admonition of the king, the admonition of thieves, and the admonition of those of the same kind who reason. There are three types of Sangha advisors: the wise, those wiser than the wise, and those who are extremely wise, wiser than the wise. Furthermore, there are three types of Sangha advisors: those who are appointed, those who are not appointed, and those who are permitted. In short, expelling those who know faults, relying on the Khenpo who gathers, two medicines should be abandoned, allowing places and activities. With four causes, if there is an act of transgression and a monk who acts as he pleases, the transgressions should be counted daily: dawn with a monk who dwells uprightly, dawn having gone to a place without monks, there is no transgression if it is incomplete, and those who do not wish to tell the monks about the transgression that is as they please. There are four types of knowing: knowing what has occurred, knowing faults, knowing no faults, and knowing standing. There are four types of standing: standing by seeing, standing by confession, standing by not having done before, and standing by admitting. There are four types of reliance: relying on meaning and not on letters, relying on Dharma and not on individuals, relying on definitive meaning Sutras and not on provisional meaning, relying on wisdom and not on consciousness. There are four types of Khenpo: there are Khenpos who gather with Dharma but not with material possessions, there are Khenpos who gather with material possessions but not with Dharma, Khenpo

There are those who gather with possessions, and those who gather with land. There are also abbots who do not gather with Dharma and not with possessions. Among them, the abbot who gathers with Dharma but not with possessions, such an abbot should be recognized and relied upon. Among them, the abbot who gathers with possessions but not with Dharma, such an abbot should be observed and then followed. Among them, the abbot who gathers with both Dharma and possessions, such an abbot, even if old, should be served until the end of life. Among them, the abbot who gathers with neither Dharma nor possessions, even if advised not to follow, should be left without heeding the advice. The four objects of gathering are: generosity, pleasing speech, beneficial conduct, and shared intentions. There are four types of medicine: some medicines are not suitable in themselves, and the side effects are also not suitable; some medicines are not suitable in themselves, but the side effects are suitable; some medicines are suitable in themselves, but the side effects are not suitable; some medicines are suitable in themselves, and the side effects are also suitable. Relying on the power of four meanings, the Bhagavan allowed monks to use medicine: the power of time, the power of place, the power of the individual, and the power of occurrence. There are four types of abandonment: what should not be done, cutting off with punishment, giving benefit, and abiding in the true Dharma. There are four types of permission: without what should not be done, not cut off with punishment, giving benefit, and acting in comfort. The Tathagata establishes the precepts of the Shravaka disciples in four places: the place of wisdom, the place of Dharma, the place of the individual, and the place of miracles. There are four types of actions: actions that give benefit, coercive actions, punitive actions, and actions that abide in conduct. In short: for actions, there must be commitment and faith, and five pleasing actions, pure actions and discipline, coercive punishment as well. There are five types of committed actions: doing the action oneself, committing after it has appeared, offering faith, stating one's own view, and committing without speaking. Within the boundary, the act of giving faith should be done by five non-present individuals, but not in a gathering of many present individuals.
