If a Bhikshu discharges semen on a bed, a small bed, a wooden stool, or between beds, all of it becomes a grave offense. If a Bhikshu discharges semen into a pot, a small pot, a ladle, or inside a pot, all of it becomes a grave offense. If a Bhikshu discharges semen on a stone, a place where oral sex has been performed, inside a place where oral sex has been performed, a door bolt, or raw meat, all of it becomes a grave offense. In short, if in a clear place, with awareness, semen is discharged on the feet, shoulders, or from a mother, or a place without fingers, or if the feet or other parts are held, or if entwined with grass or other things. When the venerable Acharya had not yet established the training rules, he physically touched many women together, wondering, "What was my first action towards them?" The Blessed One said, "Before the training rules were established, all the past actions of Acharya were the first action, and there is no fault in the first action." If a Bhikshu regards a human woman as a non-human and holds her. If that Bhikshu feels remorse, the Blessed One said, "If one thinks of a human as a human, it becomes a Sanghavasesa." The details should be understood in four ways. If a Bhikshu touches a woman with his foot, it becomes a Dukkata offense. If a woman touches a Bhikshu with her foot, there is no offense. If a Bhikshu touches a woman with his shoulder, it becomes a Dukkata offense. If a woman touches a Bhikshu with her shoulder, there is no offense. If a Bhikshu embraces his mother's neck, and that Bhikshu feels remorse, the Blessed One said, "There is no offense." If a woman grabs a Bhikshu with her fingers, and that Bhikshu feels remorse, the Blessed One said, "There is no offense." If a Bhikshu rescues a woman from fire, water, a cliff, a weapon, a wild animal, or a non-human being. If that Bhikshu feels remorse, the Blessed One said, "There is no offense." If a woman grabs a Bhikshu's foot, shin, knee, thigh, or fingers. If that Bhikshu feels remorse, the Blessed One said, "There is no offense."

A monk embraces the neck of a woman's corpse that has turned blue. Embracing the necks of swollen, rotten, reddened corpses, scattered remains, and skeletons, all of these become grave offenses. In short, with a girl who has been raped, with a woman encountered in the darkness, a young woman displaying her vagina, this is the fifth and thirteenth. If a woman is raped and a monk goes to help her, it becomes a minor offense. If a monk is raped and a woman goes to help him, there is no offense. An old monk went to look at a girl and then sat on that girl's lap. That monk felt remorse. The Blessed One said: There is no offense. A monk was urinating in the middle of the night, and a woman also came out, and in the darkness, they met face to face, and she raped him and then fell on top of him. That monk felt remorse. The Blessed One said: There is no offense. A monk went to a village for alms, and a young maiden was sitting displaying her vagina, and she said: Holy one, please come and do this and this. He put feces there. After putting in the alms food, she washed it. Soiling it with dirt and raping, all of these become grave offenses. If a monk preaches the Dharma to a woman, and she offers him her feet, thighs, buttocks, waist, ribs, back, hands, shoulders, and head, all of these become minor offenses. In short, Udāyi is happy and aware, a bee taking a bad dwelling, a sister behaving badly, I have seen, before you. That and that, that is pleasing to the mind. When a precept has not been established, there is no offense for the first one. The venerable Udāyi said: I have spoken words of bad dwelling to many women, what is my first action, feeling doubt, this is extensive. He said this to the monks, and the monks reported to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One said: When a precept has not been established, all of Udāyi's past and present actions are the initial actions, actions.

Firstly, there is no offense. A certain monk perceived a human woman as a non-human and spoke words of harm. That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One declared: If one perceives a human as a human, it becomes a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. The details should be inquired about. If one speaks of the dharma of miracles and wonders, it becomes a sthūlātyaya offense. If one speaks of the dharma without miracles, it becomes a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. A certain monk went to a woman and said, "Sister, please give me some 'རྒྱ་རྣ་རུ་'." She said, "Venerable, what will you do with 'རྒྱ་རྣ་རུ་'?" She understood and said, "Venerable, I have prepared 'རྒྱ་རྣ་རུ་'." That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One declared: It is a sthūlātyaya offense. A certain monk was practicing alms-seeking in a town when a woman sat squatting and said, "Venerable, please do like this." Because your body part is similar to this, do like this with a donkey. That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One declared: There is no saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, but it is a sthūlātyaya offense. A certain monk was by nature one who spoke words of harm. He spoke words of harm to a woman. That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One declared: There is no saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, but it is a sthūlātyaya offense. A certain bhikkhuni rose early in the morning, bathed, applied eye medicine, combed her hair, and wore worn-out robes, and went to Śrāvastī. A certain monk who was practicing alms-seeking saw her and said, "Sister, you are engaging in sexual acts with men." That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One declared: It is a sthūlātyaya offense. A certain old monk went like a daughter, and his daughter was behaving improperly. He said, "Daughter, do not destroy two families like this." She said, "If I cannot bear it, what should I do?" He said, "If you cannot bear it, then put a piece of charcoal there." That monk felt remorse, and the Blessed One
