When three remainders have been made, and quickly dwelling and going, clothes and suitable medicines, needles and scissors are also the same. In five ways the boundary will be broken again: all the Sangha leave, all the Sangha return, all the Sangha die and pass away, all the Sangha leave in all directions and are cut off, and the request and action have been done, these five. Furthermore, in five ways the boundary will be broken again: there is no sign, there is no Bhikshu, there is no hope, another boundary surrounds it, and the request and action, these five. In five ways it is said that the remainder has not been made: eating and chewing without manifestation makes a remainder, eating and chewing without giving and receiving makes a remainder, making a remainder without telling others, making a remainder in front of one who has not been fully ordained, and making a remainder in front of one who does not abide in nature. Having made a remainder, it is said in the white side in five ways in reverse. For a person who speaks quickly, one should know five faults. What are the five? The body becomes tired, memory deteriorates, it harms the mind, the throat becomes blocked, it is not clear and difficult to understand, for a person who speaks quickly, this becomes a fault. For a person who does not speak quickly, there are five virtues, and in the white side it should be said in five ways in reverse. A person who stays in one place for a long time has five faults: things increase, utensils increase, implements increase and he becomes stingy about the dwelling, he becomes attached to the dwelling and stingy about the family, he becomes attached to the lineage and those householders and renunciates mix together. A person who does not stay in one place for a long time has five virtues, and in the white side it should be said in reverse in five ways. A person who always goes has five faults: what has not been understood cannot be understood, what has been understood will be lost, the Dharma that has been heard will also be forgotten, he will suffer great harm, and he will not have friends. A person who does not always go has five virtues, that is on the white side.

It should be reversed and stated in five ways. There are five kinds of permissible garments: wool, cotton wool, silk wool, tree bark fiber, and linen. If the Dharma garment is blessed in five ways, the Dharma garment will be damaged again: being robbed, being abandoned, being taken back, falling, and death. If offerings are made in five ways, it will also be damaged again: being robbed, being given, being taken back, falling, and death. Similarly, the blessed bowl should also be described. Similarly, the blessed medicine and the offered medicine should also be described. Needles and awls should not be entrusted to five types of people: the shameless, the resentful, the insatiable, the forgetful, and those who are unstable in nature. In short, food is like the following: monks, lay practitioners, and two patients, as well as the five types of renunciates, and many merits are also the same. There are five faults of immoderate eating: the body becomes heavy, it is unsuitable for work and difficult to abandon, breathing is uncomfortable, urination and defecation increase, drowsiness and sleep completely suppress the mind, and the mind is not focused and easily distracted. There are five merits of moderate eating, which should be reversed and stated in five ways. If one possesses five qualities, there is no need to guide the following monk: going too far ahead, coming slowly from too far behind, walking impatiently, interrupting conversations, and being unable to take suitable items. Regarding the two bowls and the items obtained by being attached to the bowl, it should also be reversed and explained in five ways. A lay practitioner with five qualities is a defiled lay practitioner, a deceitful lay practitioner, a rotten lay practitioner, and should be regarded as an evil lay practitioner because they have evil discipline and do not fully observe the precepts. They rely on omens and auspiciousness, believing that omens and auspiciousness can purify, rather than relying on the karma of faith, and are wrong views because they hold wrong views and mostly dislike monks.
