Regarding "wawa la," one should forcibly seize her, and there is no fault in forcibly seizing her. A Bhikshuni named "Norchenmo" was begging for alms in Nyen (Śrāvastī), when she was seized by adulterers and taken to a dense forest, where they tormented her in every way before letting her go. The Bhikshunis expelled her from her dwelling, and she said, "Holy Mother, I did not feel joy." They said, "You were bound by adulterers and taken to a dense forest, where they tormented you in every way before letting you go, why would you feel joy?" The Bhikshunis told the Bhikshus about this, and the Bhikshus also reported it to the Blessed One, who said, "What? Did you feel joy?" She said, "Venerable One, please stop in time, do not cling to me." If she said that, how could she feel joy? The Blessed One said, "The female genitalia aspect is born from the ripening of karma, like a door, this is called forcible seizure. Saying 'Please stop in time, do not cling to me,' this is called forcible seizure, and there is no fault in forcible seizure." A Bhikshuni named "Pochang Kyong" was begging for alms in Nyen, when she was seized by adulterers and taken to a dense forest, where they tormented her in every way before letting her go, and the Bhikshunis also expelled her from her dwelling. She said, "I did not feel joy, I should go to Venerable Ananda." After saying this, she went to Venerable Ananda. The Venerable One saw her, but she did not speak respectful words, and the Venerable One also expelled her. She thought, "It is better for me to die than to live like this, I should go and take a jar filled with sand, hang it around my neck, and jump into the Ajiravati River." Thinking this, she took a jar filled with sand, hung it around her neck, and jumped into the Ajiravati River. A poor-quality rope broke, and she sank into the water, where she was seen by the adulterers, who pulled her out and placed her on the shore. When she regained consciousness, they began to humiliate her. The Bhikshunis were searching for her and also arrived there, and saw them humiliating her. She said, "This person was formerly a Bhikshuni, is she still a Bhikshuni now?" In this way, the matter was conveyed to the Bhikshus.

Having spoken, the Blessed One said: What? Do you feel joy? Monk, waving the reverse hand, do not cling to me. Having said this, he felt even more joy. The Blessed One said: Monks, regarding the aspect of a woman's sexual organ, it arises from the maturation of karma. Waving is, from what is called "grasping tightly" to do not cling to me. Saying this, from what is called "grasping tightly" in between, extensively, for grasping tightly, there is no fault. In short, the perception in the Norchen (Dhanapala) monastery, ten alms and ten thieves, and also ten gambling places. The Buddha, the Blessed One, was residing in Rajagriha (King's Abode). Because the former foolish monk Norchen (Dhanapala) had not established the training rules, For the beginner, there is no fault. I took many pieces of wood that were not given and came, thinking with anguish and regret in my heart, how could I become a beginner? After regret arose, the Blessed One said: Monks, because the training rules were not established, the former foolish monk Norchen (Dhanapala) has transcended everything and is completely a beginner, so there is no fault for the beginner. A monk, perceiving ownerless items in the monastery as having an owner, took them without permission. That monk felt regret, and the Blessed One said: If one perceives items with an owner as having an owner, one will commit a defeat. If one has doubts about items with an owner, one will commit a defeat. If one perceives ownerless items as having an owner, one will commit a gross offense. If one perceives ownerless items as being ownerless, there is no fault. A monk took a small amount of alms rice without permission, and the Blessed One said: There is no fault of committing a defeat, one will commit a gross offense. Just like the alms rice, the alms flour and the alms cooked with flour and vegetables, the alms meat, the alms dough, all these will commit a gross offense. A monk ate food without being invited, and that monk felt regret, and the Blessed One said: There is no fault of committing a defeat, one will commit a minor offense. In the Kosala country, a monk
