If one transforms their name and becomes a Bhikshu, what will happen? It is a transgression. Venerable ones, if a Bhikshu knowingly speaks in such a way to a hermaphrodite, what will happen? It is a transgression. Similarly, speaking to a Bhikshuni who has been expelled, one who has killed their father, one who has killed their mother, one who has killed an Arhat, one who has drawn blood from the Tathagata with malicious intent, a heretic, one who has become a heretic, a thief, one who does not reside, those who reside separately, those who have quarreled before, those who have committed offenses before, all of them will incur transgressions. Venerable ones, if a Bhikshu knowingly speaks in such a way, speaking to one who has caused division in the Sangha, one who is approaching, one who has bestowed precepts, what will happen? All of them will fall. Venerable ones, a Bhikshu Speaking in such a way to one who is deluded by sleep, one who is intoxicated, one who is drunk, and does not follow the Dharma, what will happen? It is a transgression. Venerable ones, if a Bhikshu speaks in such a way to a Bhikshuni, a Shramanerika, a Shikshamana, or a Shramanera, what will happen? It is a transgression. Venerable ones, if one who has bestowed precepts knowingly does not follow the Dharma and speaks with such a person, or speaks to everyone, or eats food, or sleeps with them, what will happen? It is a downfall. Venerable ones, if a Bhikshuni knowingly speaks in such a way to a Bhikshuni, or speaks to everyone, or sleeps with them in the same room, what will happen? It will be a downfall. Venerable ones, if a Bhikshuni and a Shramanera speak in such a way to one who does not follow the Dharma, what will happen? It is a transgression. For Shramanerikas, Shikshamanas, and Shramanas, it is a transgression. Just as with one who speaks in such a way, similarly, it should also be explained how to reveal an unsuitable Bhikshu. It is requested to say what the difference is, and also the reverence and joy apart from the body and possessions. In short, the unsuitable and the virtuous, the fourth and the seventh are like that.
