That is, if the monastery is built entirely of stone, or if the donor says this: "I will look after the donation is completed." If he says this, there is no fault. Venerable, if a monk builds on top of two or three stories built by others, or continues to build on what others have started, what will happen? He incurs a transgression. Venerable, if a monk mixes mud and bricks and builds more than two or three stories, but does not continue to build, what will happen? He incurs a transgression. Being mentally disturbed or having passed away is also the same.
