བྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། ཉེ་བར་ཕྱོགས་པ་དང་། བསླབ་པ་སྩལ་པའི་དགེ་སློང་ལ་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཐམས་ཅད་ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་བསྐོས་སམ་མ་བསྐོས་ཀྱང་རུང་། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ཞལ་ཏ་བྱེད་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པར་དེ་ལས་གཞན་ལ་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །མདོར་ན། འཕྲིན་པ་སྤྲིང་ཡིག་ལག་བརྡ་དང་། །གཞན་ཟེར་བ་དང་གཅིག་ནས་གཅིག་།སྨྱོན་པ་སེམས་འཁྲུགས་ན་བ་དང་། །འོན་པ་གླེན་པ་གཉིད་ལོག་དང་། །ར་རོ་བ་དང་མྱོས་པ་དང་། །སྙོམས་ཞུགས་འགྲོ་བ་ཐ་མ་འོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་འཕྲིན་པ་ལས་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྲིང་ཡིག་དང་། ལག་བརྡ་དང་། གཞན་ཟེར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྒྱུད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉེས་བྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་སྨྱོན་པ་ལས་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་འཁྲུགས་པ་དང་། ནད་ཀྱིས་གཟིར་བ་དང་། གླེན་པ་དང་། ལྐུགས་པ་དང་། འོན་པ་དང་། གཉིད་ལོག་པ་དང་། ར་རོ་བ་དང་། མྱོས་པ་དང་། སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་པ་དང་། འགྲོ་བ་གཞན་དུ་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཉེས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ན། ཉེས་བྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་དགེ་ སློང་མ་དང་། དགེ་སློབ་མ་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་མ་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་ཕ་རྣམས་ལ་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་མས་དགེ་སློང་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་ཕ་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་མ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། བསླབ་པ་སྩལ་བས་ནོངས་པ་ངོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ལྟུང་བའོ། །དགེ་སློབ་མ་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་མ་དང་། དགེ་ཚུལ་ཕ་རྣམས་ལ་ནོངས་པ་དོར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཔྱས་འདོགས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །མདོར་ན། ཉེས་པ་དག་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་ཏེ། ལུས་དང་ཚིག་དང་མི་སྨྲ་མཚན། ཁྱིམ་པ་དག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས། །བཞི་པ་ཐ་མར་གྱུར་པའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཨུ་པ་ལིས་ཞུས་པ། བཙུན་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མི་བགྱིད་ན། ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ན། བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ནོངས་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པར་དེ་ལས་གཞན་ཞིག་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མི་བགྱིད་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ལུས་ཀྱི་དམིགས་པས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མི་བགྱིད་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་འཕགས་པས་འཕགས་པའི་སྐད་དུ་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དེས་ཀྱ་འཕགས་པའི་སྐད་མ་འཚལ་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །འཕགས་པས་མཐའ་འཁོབ་པའི་སྐད་དུ་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དེས་ཀྱང་མཐའ་འཁོབ་པའི་སྐད་མ་འཚལ་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །མཐའ་འཁོབ་པས་མཐའ་འཁོབ་པའི་སྐད་དུ་དགེ་སློང་གིས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དེས་ཀྱང་མཐའ་འཁོབ་པའི་སྐད་མ་འཚལ་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །མཐའ་འཁོབ་པས་འཕགས་པའི་སྐད་དུ་དགེ་སློང་གིས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དེས་ཀྱང་འཕགས་པའི་སྐད་མ་འཚལ་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་དགེ་སློང་ལ་མི་སྨྲ་བས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་ གིས་དགེ་སློང་གི་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། མཚན་འཕོས་ཏེ་དགེ་སློང་མར་གྱུར་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་མས་དགེ་སློང་མས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། མཚན་འཕོས་ཏེ་དགེ་སློང་དུ་གྱུར་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ཁྱིམ་པས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཟ་མ་དང་། མ་ནིང་དང་། དགེ་སློང་མ་སུན་ཕྱུང་བ་དང་། ཕ་དང་། མ་དང་། དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་བསད་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་ངན་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཁྲག་ཕྱུང་བ་དང་། མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་དང་། མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་དུ་སོང་བ་དང་། རྐུན་གནས་དང་། སོ་སོར་གནས་པ་དང་། མི་གནས་པ་དང་། སྔར་འཁྲུགས་པ་དང་། སྔོན་ཉེས་པ་བྱུང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཐམས་ཅད་ཉེས་བྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། ཉེ་བར་ཕྱོགས་པ་དང་། བསླབ་པ་སྩལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཐམས་ཅད་ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙུན་པ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པ་ལ་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འདུ་ཤེས་ཏེ་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ལྟུང་བའོ། །བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པ་ལ་བསྙེན་པར་མ་རྫོགས་པར་འདུ་ཤེས་ཏེ་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ་བགྱིས་ན། ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །བསྙེན་པར་མ་རྫོགས་པ་ལ་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འདུ་ཤེས་ཏེ་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་མ

将成何状？ 尊者，比丘若对比丘僧团制造分裂，或趋近分裂，或对比丘授戒时指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 一切皆成堕罪。 尊者，比丘无论是否被指派，除了执行僧团的职务外，若对其他人指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 总之，书信、信件、手势，他人之言以及一个接一个，疯癫者、精神错乱者、病人，聋哑者、愚笨者、睡眠者，醉酒者、昏迷者，入定者、其他行者，尊者，比丘若因书信而指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 同样，信件、手势、他人之言以及一个接一个传递，一切皆成轻罪。 尊者，比丘若对疯癫者指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 同样，对精神错乱者、被疾病折磨者、愚笨者、哑巴、聋子、睡眠者、醉酒者、昏迷者、入定者以及处于其他状态的行者指责过失，将成轻罪。 尊者，比丘若对 比丘尼、沙弥尼、沙弥以及沙弥的父亲指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 尊者，比丘尼若对比丘、沙弥的父亲、沙弥以及比丘尼们指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 尊者，授戒者若指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 成堕罪。 若对沙弥尼、沙弥以及沙弥的父亲指责过失并加以惩罚，将成何状？ 犯轻罪。 总之，罪过亦是如此，身体、言语以及不语之相，在家众等等，第四者成为最后。 具寿邬波离向世尊提问：尊者，若不依世尊之教诲行事，将成堕罪。 如是说，尊者，比丘若不依教诲，除了过失之外的其他事情

What will happen? Venerable, if a monk causes division in the Sangha, or approaches division, or accuses a monk who has been ordained of faults and punishes him, what will happen? Everything will become a downfall. Venerable, whether a monk is appointed or not, if he accuses others of faults and punishes them, except for performing the duties of the Sangha, what will happen? It is a minor offense. In short, letters, written messages, gestures, the words of others, and one after another, the mad, the mentally disturbed, the sick, the deaf and dumb, the foolish, the sleeping, the drunk, the intoxicated, those in meditative absorption, and other travelers. Venerable, if a monk accuses and punishes based on a letter, what will happen? It is a minor offense. Similarly, letters, gestures, the words of others, and everything transmitted one after another becomes a minor offense. Venerable, if a monk accuses and punishes a madman, what will happen? It is a minor offense. Similarly, accusing those who are mentally disturbed, afflicted by illness, foolish, mute, deaf, sleeping, drunk, intoxicated, in meditative absorption, and those who are in other states, will result in a minor offense. Venerable, if a monk accuses and punishes a nun, a female novice, a male novice, and the father of a male novice, what will happen? It is a minor offense. Venerable, if a nun accuses and punishes a monk, the father of a male novice, a male novice, and nuns, what will happen? It is a minor offense. Venerable, if the one who gives vows accuses and punishes, what will happen? It is a downfall. If one accuses and punishes a female novice, a male novice, and the father of a male novice, what will happen? It is a minor offense. In short, faults are also the same, body, speech, and non-speaking signs, householders, etc., the fourth becomes the last. The venerable Upali asked the Blessed One, the Buddha: Venerable, if one does not act according to the instructions of the Blessed One, it will become a downfall. Thus he said, Venerable, if a monk does not act according to the instructions, other than faults

Similarly, for eunuchs, hermaphrodites, expelled bhikshunis, fathers, mothers, those who have killed arhats, those who have drawn blood from the Tathagata with malicious intent, heretics, those who have become heretics, thieves, those who live separately, those who do not live, those who have quarreled before, those who have committed offenses before, if one does not act according to their instructions, all will commit transgressions. All will fall. Bhikshu, if a bhikshu gives full ordination to a bhikshu, thinking that the other is fully ordained, but does not act according to the instructions, what will happen? One will fall. If one gives full ordination to a bhikshu, thinking that the other is not fully ordained, but does not act according to the instructions, what will happen? A transgression has been committed. If one thinks that someone who is not fully ordained is fully ordained, but does not act according to the instructions, what will happen?
