Monk, if a nun, while confessing a transgression and being fined, changes gender and becomes a monk, what will it become? It is a transgression. Monk, if a monk, thinking that someone who has taken full ordination has taken full ordination, confesses a transgression and is fined, what will it become? It is a downfall. If one thinks that someone who has taken full ordination has not taken full ordination, it will become a transgression. If one thinks that someone who has not taken full ordination has taken full ordination, it will become a transgression. If one thinks that someone who has not taken full ordination has not taken full ordination, it will become a transgression. Monk, if the Sangha is counting the confession of a transgression and fining someone who has not taken full ordination, and the one who has not taken full ordination confesses a transgression and is fined, what will it become? It is a transgression. If one is counting someone who has not taken full ordination, and one confesses a transgression and is fined to someone who has taken full ordination, what will it become? It is a transgression. If one is counting someone who has not taken full ordination, and one who has taken full ordination confesses a transgression and is fined, what will it become? It is a transgression. If one is counting someone who has taken full ordination, and one confesses a transgression and is fined to someone who has taken full ordination, what will it become?
