Or claiming to have severed life, or claiming to be a householder, or claiming to be for the sake of practice, or claiming to be food, or claiming to be a hermaphrodite, or claiming to have defamed a Bhikshuni, or claiming not to have killed a mother, or claiming not to have killed a father, or claiming not to have killed an Arhat, or claiming not to have caused dissension in the Sangha, or claiming not to have drawn blood from the Tathagata with malicious intent, or claiming to be a heretic, or claiming to have joined a heretic, or claiming to be in a state of theft, or claiming to be an unfit person to reside, or claiming to be initially discordant, or claiming to be in a state of separation, or claiming to be an acknowledger, or claiming to be one who has bestowed the precepts, if one falsely deceives in this way, what will happen? A grave offense will occur. If one who has not taken full ordination engages in sexual activity and claims to be one who has not taken full ordination, what will happen? A minor offense will occur. Venerables, suppose a Bhikshuni begins to build a house, but her gender changes and she becomes a Bhikshu, and she claims to be a Bhikshu, what will happen? A grave offense will occur. Venerables, is there a case where a Bhikshu builds a house but does not commit a Sanghavasesa offense? There is. For those who have previously committed a Patita offense, and those who are in a state of theft, and those who are initially discordant, and hermaphrodites, and those who have defamed Bhikshunis, a minor offense will occur.
