Because of thirst, I now wish to see the gods. Therefore, sisters, all of you should adorn yourselves with yellow ornaments, yellow clothes, garlands, streamers, and yellow unguents, and all attendants should dress in yellow. I shall gather eighty-four thousand rulers of border principalities, as well as eighty-four thousand elephants, including the elephant king, Close Offering, and so forth, eighty-four thousand horses, including the horse king, Cloud Power, and so forth, and eighty-four thousand chariots, including Joyful Sound, and so forth. Then, all the consorts adorned themselves with yellow ornaments, yellow clothes, garlands, streamers, and yellow unguents, and all the attendants dressed in yellow. Then, the ministers gathered eighty-four thousand rulers of border principalities, as well as eighty-four thousand elephants, including the elephant king, Close Offering, and so forth, eighty-four thousand horses, including the horse king, Cloud Power, and so forth, and eighty-four thousand chariots, including Joyful Sound, and so forth. After gathering, the noble consort entered the Joyful Sound chariot, and the remaining women entered their respective chariots and went to the palace that conformed to the Dharma. At that time, from beneath the palace that conformed to the Dharma, there arose the sound of many ordinary people and great noises. King Great Good Sight heard the sound of ordinary people coming from beneath the palace that conformed to the Dharma. Having heard this, he said to the attendant, "Hey, attendant, what is this sound of many ordinary people and great noises coming from beneath this palace that conforms to the Dharma?" The attendant replied, "O god, the noble consort and eighty-four thousand women are going from beneath the palace that conforms to the Dharma to see the gods, and the ministers and eighty-four thousand rulers of border principalities, as well as eighty-four thousand elephants, including the elephant king, Close Offering, and so forth, eighty-four thousand horses, including the horse king, Cloud Power, and so forth, and eighty-four thousand chariots, including Joyful Sound, and so forth, are passing from beneath this palace that conforms to the Dharma. Hey, great king, therefore."

在与佛法相符的殿宇之下，我将居住于此，供众人瞻仰，请铺设黄金制成的精美坐垫！’那人听从国王善见大王的吩咐，如同神谕，便在与佛法相符的殿宇之下铺设了黄金制成的精美坐垫，然后前往国王善见大王所在之处，禀告道：‘神啊，黄金制成的精美坐垫已在与佛法相符的殿宇之下铺设完毕，恳请神明考虑现在是否是时候。’随后，国王善见大王从与佛法相符的殿宇下来时，看见所有女子都佩戴着金色的饰品、穿着金色的衣裳、戴着花环、悬挂着饰物、涂抹着金色的香膏，并乘坐着金色的车辆。看到此情景，他心想：‘这些女子将会变得贪恋情欲。’于是抬头仰望天空。王后珍宝看见国王善见大王仰望天空，心中思忖：‘神明看见我们后仰望天空，这是否意味着神明将会对我们不利呢？’之后，国王善见大王从与佛法相符的殿宇下来，坐在铺设好的黄金制成的精美坐垫上。王后珍宝来到国王善见大王所在之处，以头顶礼国王善见大王的双足，然后退居一旁。退居一旁后，王后珍宝对国王善见大王说道：‘这些八万四千名女子都是神明的，为了让神明欢喜并供养她们，请您垂顾。还有大臣珍宝等边境上的八万四千个小国，以及象王近养等八万四千头大象，马王云力等八万四千匹骏马，车乘欢喜音等八万四千辆马车，王宫草园等八万四千座城市，以及楼房顶饰等房屋。

In the hall that accords with the Dharma, where I shall reside and be viewed by many, spread out a fine golden seat!" That man, heeding King Good Vision's command as if it were a divine decree, spread out a fine golden seat made of gold in the hall that accords with the Dharma. Then, he went to where King Good Vision was and said, "O Divine One, the fine golden seat made of gold has been spread out in the hall that accords with the Dharma. Please consider, O Divine One, whether the time is now ripe." Then, as King Good Vision descended from the hall that accords with the Dharma, he saw that all the women were adorned with golden ornaments, wearing golden clothes, garlands, pendants, golden unguents, and riding in golden carriages. Seeing this, he thought, "These women will become attached to desire." And so he looked up at the sky. Queen Jewel saw King Good Vision looking up at the sky. Seeing this, she thought, "If the Divine One sees us and then looks up at the sky, could it be that the Divine One will do something harmful to us?" Then, King Good Vision descended from the hall that accords with the Dharma and sat upon the fine golden seat that had been spread out. Queen Jewel went to where King Good Vision was, bowed her head at the feet of King Good Vision, and then sat to one side. Having sat to one side, Queen Jewel said to King Good Vision, "These eighty-four thousand women are the Divine One's. Please look upon them for the sake of pleasing the Divine One and providing for them. Also, there are eighty-four thousand small kingdoms on the borders, including Minister Jewel and others, eighty-four thousand elephants, including the Elephant King Near Nurture and others, eighty-four thousand horses, including the Horse King Cloud Power and others, eighty-four thousand chariots, including the Chariot Joyful Sound and others, eighty-four thousand cities, including the Royal Palace Grass Garden and others, and houses with terraced roofs and gables, including houses...
