Having made a cloister in one direction, he proclaimed, "By the oath of the goddess Lani, let all the ogresses dwelling in the Noble Land assemble in the cloister!" They thought, "In the cloister of the god, by the oath of the mother, they will give us many good things, let us go!" Those who were hiding also revealed themselves, attached to gain, and more than five hundred ogresses gathered in the cloister. Then, the son of the reciter bound them all with a noose of knowledge-mantra, and also gagged them with food. The king summoned the Brahmins dwelling in the Noble Land and said, "Wise ones, by killing so many women, I have created much non-merit. In order to release me from that monastery of samsara, assemble in the cloister and eat food every day!" They spoke auspicious words and agreed. King Rabnang commanded the gatekeeper, "Hey, count well all the Brahmins who eat food in the cloister and leave, and tell me." He said, "God, I will do as you say, please command!" The king also commanded the ministers, "Wise ones, give as much food and alms as possible to all the Brahmins dwelling in the Noble Land who eat food in the cloister! The Brahmins are mostly gluttonous, so the king allowed them to do so." Having heard this, they all gathered and began to eat. When they had eaten and came out of the cloister, the gatekeeper counted them and found exactly eighty thousand Brahmins, no more and no less. He reported to the king, "God, there are exactly eighty thousand Brahmins, no more and no less." The king thought, "By what means can I cut off the heads of all these at once?" Then he commanded those who lived on yogurt, "Place an executioner with a sword behind each Brahmin who eats food. When I say 'Drink yogurt!', cut off the heads of all of them!" The cruel King Rabnang did so, and the Brahmins dwelling in the Noble Land

Those eighty thousand who were caught by the noose of the Lord of Death gathered in the courtyard, and with that method, their heads were cut off all at once. Then, eighty thousand Brahmins among the Brahmins residing in the Holy Land were killed by King Rabnang. After he killed those people, he slept on a large bed at night, and in his dream, he heard six earthly sounds and six aerial sounds, and saw eight kinds of dreams. What are the six earthly sounds? They are like this: Six, None, I, Evil, Mind, We These. These are the first letters of the six verses. Among them, the verse that begins with the word "Six" is: Sixty thousand years, sixty hundred years, when will the beings suffering in hell ever reach the end? The verse that begins with the word "None" is: How can there be an endless end? We ourselves, unable to see the end, have thus committed sinful deeds. The verse that begins with the word "I" is: We enjoy what is obtained through favorable and unfavorable circumstances, while others rejoice in happiness, we have become the bearers of suffering. The verse that begins with the word "Evil" is: Here we live in hardship, we have not given up everything we possess, and when we had pleasures, we did not help ourselves. The verse that begins with the word "Mind" is: By whom is the mind deceived? Driven by ignorance, who will bear the responsibility for those born in hell? The verse that begins with the word "We These" is: We These went to the good path, and after doing many good deeds, we made merit, and those who did auspicious deeds went to the heavens. What are the six aerial sounds? They are like this: All, Who, What, Now, Those, These. These are the first letters of the six verses. Among them, the verse that begins with the word "All" is: Everything has been dug out, only a little essence remains, the king is a Rakshasa, he has no joy in the essence, he has given up hope. The verse that begins with the word "Who" is: Who would demand in a bad way, even gouging out one eye? He

They are my sons and grandsons, and I am also freed from suffering. The verses from what is called "Where" are: This pond is filled with many fish and turtles. Now, although it lives on frogs, I will not abandon this place. The verses from what is called "Now" are: Whoever kicks me with his feet on the steep mountain, those blind afflictions are now without refuge. The verses from what is called "Those" are: Those who get cool and sweet water from the good sea will easily find it, and I am happy there now. The verses from what is called "These" are: These, having bathed and eaten, go in all directions. I have been caught in a net, what evil deeds did I do before? What are the so-called eight dreams? They are as follows: Anointing the body with white sandalwood, scattering with red sandalwood, flames burning on the head, two snakes hanging from the two armpits, two fish licking the two legs, two swans flying in the sky, a black mountain coming towards me, and the droppings of water birds scattering on the head. He woke up terrified, became anxious, and his hair stood on end, thinking: From this, I may lose the kingdom, or I may encounter a danger to my life. So he summoned those Brahmins who knew how to interpret dreams and told them the dreams. They thought: The god has had good dreams, but they should not be praised, for if they are praised, this will become very bad, and all the remaining Brahmins will be destroyed. So they consulted and said: God, these dreams are not good. He said: Wise ones, what will be the result? They said: From this, the god may lose the kingdom, or he may encounter a danger to his life. The king said: Wise ones, is there any way that I will not lose the kingdom and will not encounter a danger to my life? They said: God, you have committed a great sin by killing eighty thousand Brahmins, so if you act, there may be a glimmer of hope.
