Now, if you make him the best minister, then now please show the will of the gods and your wisdom that surpasses mine, be sure to make me the ruler of the king, after saying that, the physician bowed to the king and said: Please rest assured, I will do as it pleases the gods. Then, the physician caused discord among the leaders in the country, villages, cities, and mountain villages, separated them, and I will do my best to make you happy. Those ministers, because of their great greed, levied excessive taxes and tributes, causing damage, so be careful. If you do as I say, I will also make them understand and reasonably reduce taxes. In addition, let them be comfortable and provide them with comfortable instruments. Be sure to make you disagree with each other. In the event of your disagreement, even if the king and ministers come, do not submit to them, say this: If the best minister, the physician, comes, we should obey that minister, not others. Then, he used such a trick in advance to make those places disagree with each other, and let them do so, so the orders were also broken. Then, those ministers reported to the king, like this, O king, even if you send those six ministers with the powerful forces of the four armies, they cannot control a single village or mountain village. A messenger was sent saying that if they came, they would not be able to conquer these places. Then the king himself came, but he could not conquer even one village in the rocky mountains. Many died in the fighting, and the king and his six ministers were also unhappy. Then the villagers in the rocky mountains said, "If that great physician comes here, we will listen to him and act according to his wishes. We are not in harmony with King Skyedpa because the ministers want to harm us." Then the king sent a messenger to the great physician, saying, "We cannot go to those places, so please come here." As soon as the great physician saw the letter, he immediately came to the king. Seeing him, all the villagers paid homage to him, and he said to the villagers, "Do not be afraid, taxes will be levied according to the law, and the weak, the poor, and the helpless will be helped." He treated the villagers and townspeople with respect and rewards, like parents, siblings, and his own people, and embraced them. Then all the elders, young people, and women living in the villages regarded the great physician as their son and their own brother. He also made everyone happy. Finally, he gradually united all the places and returned to the king's palace with King Skyedpa. By doing such deeds, his fame spread to other kings. Then the king was pleased and gave his daughter to the great physician as his wife, and he enjoyed happiness with her. Then, a king from another country, who had lost his wealth, came to King Skyedpa, but King Skyedpa did not want him, so he came to the great physician. Out of compassion, the great physician took him in and gave him wealth. Then, one day, a Brahmin came and asked for a 'bre' (transliteration, a unit of measurement), and the great physician agreed and gave it to Bangkawa (transliteration, a name), but he did not give it the next day. Then, one day, the king was surrounded by ministers, townspeople, and villagers.

Then the minister said to the king: "The divine self thinks like this, secrets should not be told to anyone, let alone the wife. I will confess it before the gods." Later one day, the king lost a peacock, the minister searched for it and hid it in another place, then caught another similar peacock. He asked his wife: "Have you heard that the king's palace has lost a peacock?" She replied: "I have heard." The minister ordered: "Don't tell anyone, quickly cook it and eat it." She said: "Look, this mountain villager is eating the king's peacock. My father trusts him very much, but he is doing things that harm the king." After some time, he found a prostitute who looked like the king's consort, dressed her in all kinds of ornaments, and put her among my women, telling his wife: "This is the king's consort, I trust her very much, if you love me, don't tell anyone." Then the king's daughter thought: "She is with the minister." Angered, she rebuked her father, saying: "My father knows nothing about things like this. The mountain villager is of low birth, but he is appointed as the chief of ministers, and all the king's affairs are entrusted to this evil person, how can this be? He should be put back in his old position as before." Thinking this, she went to her father and said: "Father, how can you appoint such an evil person as the chief of ministers without investigation and trust him?"
