Having entered, he was hung on the fence and sat there. The king went alone to a mountain ravine. In that ravine, a farmer named Namje was plowing the field, and he saw the king and said, "Hey, warrior of the marketplace, is it true that King Lotus Heart defeated the cruel King Rabnang, subdued, captured, bestowed, and killed him, causing him to be defeated and the war to be quelled?" "Hey, young man, it is true." "Even though he resides in the country, King Lotus Heart came from another country, and he subdued, captured, bestowed, and killed him, causing him to be defeated and the war to be quelled. What are the ministers and military generals of that king like? If I were to become his minister, I would quickly seize King Lotus Heart by the neck and take him to the holy land." As he was saying this, his wife, named Mountain Dwelling Woman, came carrying food. He dug the ground, spread leaves, washed his hands, and began to eat. She looked at the king and said, "Hey, warrior of the marketplace, you are tired from fatigue and troubled by hunger and thirst. Our food and drink, which are of humble status, are not worthy of offering, but please partake and come over here." The cruel King Rabnang thought, "If I don't eat, I will starve to death." So he dismounted from his horse, washed his hands and feet, took the cushion from the horse, spread it out, and sat down. After sitting down, he began to eat with the intention of surviving. Then, someone poured wine from a broken bowl, and the king thought, "The bowl is broken, but I will drink from the side that is not broken." Kings are wise and virtuous people, so he also thought, "If I drink from the side that is not broken, he will think that I am drinking from the side that is not broken, and he will think that I am stingy and will abandon me. If I drink from the same place he drank, he will be very happy." So he drank from that same side, and the farmer Namje thought, "This warrior of the marketplace is an unceremonious person. He drinks from the same side that I drank from. In order not to lose the customs of the world for a long time, I will befriend him." So he said to his wife, "Good woman, marketplace

This hero is my close friend, take him home. Wipe his body, bathe him, give him food, and also give the horse grass and fodder. That person took him home, wiped his body, bathed him, gave him food, and also gave the horse grass and fodder. Those called Rock Cliff Gray Hair allied with King Lotus Heart, and they surged out of the valley of Rock Cliff, starting to destroy the kingdom of King Lotus Heart. The ministers sent a letter to King Lotus Heart saying that the deity Rock Cliff Gray Hair is destroying the deity's kingdom, what should be done, please consider. The letter also included a rhyming verse: Others want to destroy the country, as they try their best, protect their own country, also hope the gods do the same. After writing, King Lotus Heart read the letter and thought: If I go like that, people will think that King Lotus Heart was defeated, and that's why he returned, it would be bad to think that way, it's better to pretend to welcome him and then leave. So he sent a letter to King Wrathful Radiance: Friend, let the past be the past, now come back, I won't do anything to you, otherwise we'll just wrestle with each other. The ministers heard the content of the letter and thought: If we send a message saying that there is no king here, they will find an opportunity, it's better to tell a lie. So they sent him a letter: Friend, even so, our king is as suspicious as a crow, so I will not return. Let your friend's son, the young king Calf Guardian, come, embrace him and leave. King Lotus Heart embraced the young King Calf Guardian, circled the sacred kingdom, and then went to the Stone Heap. The ministers said: Wise ones, King Lotus Heart has succumbed and gone to the Stone Heap country, now let's go find the gods. So they sent out all the messenger cavalry. King Wrathful Radiance thought that King Lotus Heart

Having heard that he had toured the sacred land ('Phags-gyal) and gone to a place called Stone Dwelling (Rdo-'jog), he said to the farmer Nam-shyad: "Nam-shyad, I am free from fear, therefore I will go to the sacred land. If you come to the sacred land, come to my house." He said: "Warrior of the market, I don't even know your name, how can I come to your house?" He said: "Nam-shyad, even if you don't know my house, when you come to the sacred land, ask where the house of Horse-Mane (Rta-mangs) is." Having said that, he left and gradually went to the sacred land. He instructed the gatekeeper: "Hey, if someone asks where the house of Horse-Mane is, bring him to me." Having said that, he entered the house. After some time, the festival arrived in the sacred land. The people living in that place also went there. The farmer's wife, named Ri-khrod-ma, said to her husband: "Prince, the festival has arrived in the sacred land, and people are going there, let us also go. There we can both enjoy the festival and see Horse-Mane." He said: "Good wife, is everything that the warrior of the market said true? This must be viewed from three perspectives: defeated, escaped, and lost the kingdom." She said: "Prince, if that is so, then let's go. Let's go and enjoy the festival." He said: "Good wife, very well, let's do it that way." The two of them went and gradually arrived in the sacred land. Nam-shyad asked the gatekeeper: "Hey, sir, where is the house of the one called Horse-Mane?" The gatekeeper brought him and his wife to King Tum-po Rab-snang (rGyal-po gTum-po Rab-snang), the Tyrant of Light. The king, from afar, greeted them with customary gestures, saying, "It is good that you have come." "Nam-shyad, have you come?" "Yes, divine one." The king was bald, but because he wore a hat, Nam-shyad did not recognize the king. The king descended from the lion throne, and Nam-shyad recognized him and, together with his wife, prostrated at his feet. King Tum-po Rab-snang also gave great hospitality and led him into the midst of the retinue of consorts.
