Having become, the Blessed One said: "A brick floor should be laid and a drain hole should be made first. A door should be made first, and door leaves and door rings should also be installed. After placing water on the ground, the Blessed One said: "It should be placed on a wooden bed." If there are no wooden beds, the Blessed One said: "A brick platform should be made and a support should not be placed on it, but a water pot should be placed." After the water in the pot has rotted, the Blessed One said: "The Blessed One should wash the pot from time to time." Since the monks did not know how to wash it, the Blessed One said: "It can be washed with a wooden brush, or with bundled leaves, or with a tied cloth bundle." However, the water still rotted, the Blessed One said: "For the pots, half should be washed and half should be filled with water." The Blessed One said to fill it with water, and since the monks did not know who would fill it with water, the Blessed One said: "The residents should fill it with water, therefore, a room with a water jug is allowed." The Buddha, the Blessed One, was dwelling in the place of the Shakyas, in the Nyagrodha Grove. Then, Mahāprajāvatī(梵文天城体:महाप्रजावती,梵文罗马拟音:Mahāprajāvatī,literal meaning: Great Mother of Beings)Gautami, with five hundred attendants, went to where the Blessed One was, and having arrived, bowed her head to the two feet of the Blessed One, and sat down on one side. When Mahāprajāvatī(梵文天城体:महाप्रजावती,梵文罗马拟音:Mahāprajāvatī,literal meaning: Great Mother of Beings)Gautami was seated, the Blessed One, with speech in accordance with the Dharma, from "with speech in accordance with the Dharma" to "the Blessed One became drowsy," was the same as before. Then, Mahāprajāvatī(梵文天城体:महाप्रजावती,梵文罗马拟音:Mahāprajāvatī,literal meaning: Great Mother of Beings)Gautami said this to the Blessed One: "May my Blessed One live long and be greatly capable, may you remain for an aeon." Having heard the voice of Mahāprajāvatī(梵文天城体:महाप्रजावती,梵文罗马拟音:Mahāprajāvatī,literal meaning: Great Mother of Beings)Gautami, the five hundred nuns also said the same thing: "May the Blessed One live long and be greatly capable, may you remain for an aeon." The voice of the five hundred nuns was heard by the yakshas of the Saha world, and they also said: "May the Blessed One live long and be greatly capable.

May the Blessed One live long, may the Great Able One remain for an eon, they utter sounds and proclaim. The sound of the earth-dwelling yakshas is heard by the yakshas dwelling in the sky, the gods of the Four Great Kings' retinue, the Thirty-three, the No-Conflict, the Joyful, the Delightful Transformation, and the gods of the Others' Emanation Control. In that instant, that moment, that short while, the sound resounds to the Brahma world, and the gods of the Brahma retinue utter sounds and proclaim: May the Blessed One live long, may the Great Able One remain for an eon. Then, the Blessed One spoke thus to the great mother of beings, Gautami: Gautami, you have disturbed many sentient beings. Gautami, your sound is heard by the five hundred bhikshunis, and they likewise utter sounds. The sound of the five hundred bhikshunis is heard by the earth-dwelling yakshas, the yakshas dwelling in the sky, the gods of the Four Great Kings' retinue, the Thirty-three, the No-Conflict, the Joyful, the Delightful Transformation, and the gods of the Others' Emanation Control. In that instant, that moment, that short while, the sound pervades the Brahma world, and the gods of the Brahma retinue also utter sounds in the same way. Gautami, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, should not be venerated in that way, for such veneration is not a good veneration. Venerable one, how should the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, be venerated? How should one venerate to make it a good veneration? Gautami, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, should be venerated in this way: May I and the Blessed One, together with the Sangha of Hearers, be harmonious, universally joyful, without contention, of one mind, like water and milk mixed together, and may we see the clear teaching of the Teacher! Thus should the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened
