If it exceeds this size, it should be cut off, and a downfall is committed. The so-called cushion is the cushion. The so-called nun is the one who holds this Dharma. The so-called "do you do it" means doing it yourself. The so-called "have it done" refers to others. The so-called "length" refers to its length. The so-called "one cubit of the Sugata's height," Sugata refers to the teacher. One cubit of the Sugata's height refers to one and a half cubits that meet the size, and three cubits of the Sugata's height refers to five and a half cubits that meet the size. The so-called "width of one and a half cubits" refers to two cubits and six fingers that meet the size. The so-called "more than that" means exceeding that. The so-called "do you do it" means doing it yourself. The so-called "have it done" refers to others. The so-called "committing a downfall" is the same as before. So, how does one commit a downfall? If a nun makes a cushion slightly more than five and a half cubits, whether she does it herself or has others do it, after cutting it all off, she commits a downfall. If one finds something that has already been made, one should enjoy what has already been made. The seventh of the seventh downfalls is completed.
