"Not dawned" refers to the three dawns as mentioned before. Gems, etc., or mentioning gems "undiminished" means uncollected. Regarding "gate closure," the gate closures are: city gate closure, king's palace gate closure, and the gate closure of the relatives of the consorts. "Committing an offense" means as mentioned before. So how does one commit an offense? Furthermore, if a Bhikshuni, when it is not dawn, with the perception of not dawn, crosses the gate closure, she commits an offense. Similarly, if she hesitates, she commits an offense. Furthermore, if a Bhikshuni, when it has dawned, perceives it as not dawned, she commits a minor offense. Similarly, if she hesitates, she commits a minor offense. If there is an obstruction from the king, consorts, or ministers, there is no offense. The second part of the seventh offense is complete. The beginning is in Shravasti. Then, when reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra, the twelve groups said, "Venerable mothers, we now know that this Dharma also belongs to the Sutra and is included in the Sutra." When they said this, if the Bhikshunis knew beforehand that the Bhikshuni had attended two or three Uposatha ceremonies, let alone many times, the Bhikshunis would advise her, "Sister, do not say that." But they said, "What we say is true." At this time, those Bhikshunis with few desires began to rebuke them. The Bhikshunis reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, starting from "this happened," up to the establishment of the precepts. Furthermore, if a Bhikshuni, reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month, says, "Venerable mothers, we now know that this Dharma also belongs to the Sutra and is included in the Sutra." If the Bhikshunis knew beforehand that she had attended two or three Uposatha ceremonies, let alone many times, because Venerable Mother, you do not know, do not understand, so the offense she committed, on the basis of making her confess according to the Dharma, Venerable Mother, you have not found, found

It is not, but it is a sin. Why don't you respectfully listen to the Dharma when reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra? Don't regard it as a teacher? Don't take it to heart? Don't listen attentively with one mind? Don't think with all your heart and listen to the Dharma? You should rebuke like this. Such rebuke is a downfall. Furthermore, "who" refers to the twelve sections. "Half month and half month" refers to half month and half month. "When reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra" refers to the period from "eight defeats" to "the seven dharmas for pacifying disputes." "Recite as before" means to recite in order. "It is a downfall" means the same as before. So how does it become a downfall? As long as a Bhikshuni recites the Pratimoksha Sutra slightly every half month, if she says, "This Dharma also belongs to the Sutra," it is a downfall. If she says, "Included in the Sutra," it is a downfall. If it is not on the basis, and away from the Sangha, there is no downfall. The third of the seventh downfall ends. The cause of the matter was in Shravasti. At that time in Shravasti, there was a non-Buddhist listener named "Dharma," who was a toothbrush seller. A beggar developed great faith in the Buddha's teachings and had those two people offer needles and awls to the Sangha. After that, the people of the twelve sections had him make various shapes of needles and awls made of toothbrushes, bones, and horns. He ate his own food but worked for others, so it wasn't long before he became poor. Later, the non-Buddhists saw the hand-made Dharma and said, "When making the hand-made Dharma, when great faith arose in him (referring to the toothbrush seller), he became rich. When great faith arose in the Shakyaputra Shramaneris, he became poor." The Bhikshunis heard it. After hearing it, they reported it to the World Honored One at that time. After that, the World Honored One started from "this happened" and went all the way to "establishing the precepts." Furthermore, which Bhikshuni uses needles and awls made of toothbrushes, bones, or horns...

If one has it made too large, one commits a downfall by cutting it. Furthermore, "what" refers to the twelve groups. "Or bamboo" refers to bamboo itself. "Bone" refers to bone itself. "Made of horn" refers to horn itself. Regarding syringes, there are two types of syringes: those with bristles and those like dregs. "Does it" refers to doing it oneself. "Has it done" refers to having someone else do it. "Commits a downfall" refers to the same as before. How does one incur a downfall? If a bhikkhuni makes a syringe, even slightly, from bamboo to horn, too large, or has it made, one incurs a downfall in all cases. In whose presence is it made? One should ask, "Did he cut it himself?" If one makes it without asking, one does not confess that downfall, and the one in whose presence it is made also incurs a misdeed. The fourth of the seventh downfall is complete. The basis is in Shravasti. When the Blessed One, relying on the six groups, established the training rule for the size of beds and chairs to be eight sugata-fingers, the twelve groups had beds and chairs made that exceeded the size. The bhikkhunis said to them, "Sisters, didn't the Blessed One establish a training rule?" They said, "It was established for bhikkhus, but not for bhikkhunis." When the bhikkhunis with little understanding rebuked them, they reported it to the Blessed One. Then the Blessed One, from "this happened" to "establishing the training rule," did this. If a bhikkhuni has a bed or chair made for the sangha, except for inserting the roots into the holes, it should be made to the size of eight sugata-fingers. If one has it made larger than that, one commits a downfall by cutting it. "Of the sangha" refers to the sangha of the sugata's female disciples. "Bhikkhuni" refers to the twelve groups. "Bed" refers to sleeping. "Chair" refers to the chair itself. "Of the sugata" refers to the teacher. "The eight sugata-fingers" refers to that which has the proper size.
