They said, "Are we to count and hand them over? What is wrong with going to the great ocean in the east? What is wrong with going to the great ocean in the south, west, and north?" When those nuns of few desires were being reproached, they reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, beginning with "This happened," did so up to the establishment of the training. Furthermore, if any nun knowingly uses water with living beings, she commits a Patayantika offense. Furthermore, "any nun" refers to a king or near-king. Regarding "water with living beings": Living beings are of two kinds: those that are visible to the eye and those that can be caught by a water strainer. Regarding "uses": There are two kinds of uses: internal and external. External uses include bathing, washing, cleaning clothes, etc., as well as cooking and boiling, or causing others to do so. This is called external use. Also, using a toothpick and drinking are included. "Patayantika offense" means the same as before. So, how does one commit a Patayantika offense? If a nun knowingly uses water with living beings, recognizing it as water with living beings, then using either of the two constitutes a Patayantika offense. Similarly, if one eats with doubt, one commits a Patayantika offense. If a nun perceives water without living beings as having living beings, then using either of the two constitutes a Dukkata offense. Similarly, if one eats with doubt, one commits a Dukkata offense. Similarly, it should also be stated regarding branches, leaves, fruits, etc., with living beings. The sixth of the third Patayantika is complete. The setting is in Shravasti. At that time, there was a young spice merchant who had not been ordained for long. He was staying in the shop at night to guard it. In the middle of the night, he closed the shop door and went home. A prostitute named Spomgamo saw him entering the place of enjoyment. Seeing that the young man named Zemo seemed to be going home with a mind of desire, she quickly went to the house of the young merchant and sat down on the mat. Then, the young merchant came home and began to look at his wife, and she said:

Said. Son of the Lord, may the noble mother dwell and abide. Then, when that boy saw Spomga, he ridiculed, saying: The ascetic practices and the pure conduct of the Shakya's son's nuns are false, because they do not even find an opportunity to dwell in solitude with their own wives like this. When (they) thus ridiculed, and despised those nuns who had few desires, (Spomga) reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, from "this happened" onwards, made the establishment of the precept. Furthermore, if any nun knowingly and deliberately forces her way into a house where men are seduced, and sits on a seat, she commits an offense. The so-called "any nun" refers to Spomga. The so-called "engaging in seduction" refers to a woman engaging in seduction of men. The so-called "house" refers to the houses of the patrons. The so-called "forcing her way in" means immediately. The so-called "sitting on..." means sitting on... The so-called "commits an offense" is the same as before. So, how does one commit an offense? As long as a nun slightly forces her way into those houses where men are seduced, and sits on a seat, she will commit an offense in all cases. The seventh of the third offense is complete. The origin of the story is in Shravasti. Then, Spomga put on her skirt in the morning, took her robes and bowl, and entered the alms round. Spomga also saw that incense-selling boy going home. Then, Spomga thought: The Blessed One has established a precept about sitting, I might as well stand behind the door. The incense-selling boy saw her and began to ridicule her, until the precept was established. Furthermore, if any nun knowingly and deliberately stands in a house where men are seduced, in a place with concealment and protection, she commits an offense. The so-called "any nun" refers to Spomga. The so-called "knowingly and deliberately" means that she herself or someone else has said it. The rest is the same as before. So, how does one commit an offense? As long as a nun slightly stands in a house where men are seduced, in a place with concealment and protection, she will commit an offense in all cases.
