Later, those two also went to beg for alms. After a while, the king and the viceroy saw that Punglegirl and Topknotgirl's hands and bowls were full of food. Having seen this, they said, "Sisters, today it is the turn of the right lame woman to get married." After that, the king and the viceroy also went there for alms. Similarly, Queen Friend Mother and Queen Protector Mother, as well as Good Woman and Very Good Woman, and also Beautiful Joyful Woman and Possessing Royal Mother also went. From that house, whatever little they had prepared for the right lame woman's wedding, they gave it all to the twelve groups. When they began to prepare for the wedding, a relative of the wife-killer said, "The right lame woman has many faults, she uses rough branches for toothbrushes, sleeps with her head facing west, drinks yogurt at night with her right hand, and is also unstable in temperament." Having said this, they prevented the right lame woman from being taken. The Brahmins and householders were angry at the Shramana conduct and Brahma conduct of the Shramana Shakya's sons, and scolded them for preventing the taking of the daughter. At that time, the Bhikshunis reported to the Blessed One. After that, the Blessed One, starting from "This happened," made it up to the establishment of the precepts. Also, when many Bhikshunis went to the houses to beg for alms, if those Brahmins and faithful householders treated them very well with sour porridge or oil cakes, if they wished, the Bhikshuni could take two or three bowls of it. If they took more than that, they would commit a downfall. After taking two or three bowls, they should go outside the monastery and share it with the other Bhikshunis, and that is the procedure. Also, Bhikshuni refers to the twelve groups. Going to the houses means going to the houses of Brahmins and householders. If those Brahmins and faithful householders, etc., faithful means having faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, up to obtaining the fruit.

whichever is in between. "Very" means enough. "If able to give" means if accepting an invitation. "སྐྱོ་མ་" means flour. "སྣུམ་འཁུར་" means to bear. "If wanting" means if wanting to obtain. In "dou or three," "dou" means large. "Three" means small, medium, and large. Among them, the large one is the entire small sheng of the Magadha country. The small one is half of the small sheng. The one in between them is the medium. After taking it, going to the garden outside the house, it should be shared with the bhikshunis residing in the temple. This sentence means that the bhikshunis there should share. "More than that" means exceeding that. "Is a cause of downfall" means the same as before. Then, how does one fall? If a bhikshuni takes three large bowls, it is a cause of downfall. Taking two large ones and one medium one is a cause of downfall. Taking two medium ones and one large one is a cause of downfall. If a bhikshuni takes slightly more than one dou, then all of it will become a cause of downfall. The first of the third cause of downfall ends. The beginning is in Rajagriha. The World Honored One, because of Devadatta, forbade collective eating. Then, those bhikshunis thought it was common to both, so they followed along. Afterwards, they became weak and unable to live on one food. The World Honored One said, "Now is the time of weakness," so they should eat. Similarly, being hungry on the road and unable to do good, from "afterwards" to "should eat." Similarly, those who work, and similarly, those who board a boat should also eat. Similarly, when food is obtained when many people gather, the World Honored One said, "Should eat." Similarly, wandering men or wandering women, food obtained through faith in the Buddha's teachings, should also be eaten. Because it is rare for bhikshunis to wander and obtain food through faith in the Buddha's teachings. Afterwards, the World Honored One said to the bhikshunis: wanting to learn, respecting learning, possessing learning
