Ra bya'o. This is said to be the time of giving clothes. What is the ten-day disengagement period? "Beyond that" means more than that. It is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. It is said to be the same as before. How does one fall into transgression? Any bhikshuni who, whatever the gains of summer, stores them inside the summer and holds them beyond the disengagement period, will in all cases become a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. If a bhikshuni who hides clothes is not appointed, there is no transgression. The seventeenth Nissaggiya Pacittiya is complete. The introduction is in Shravasti. When the Blessed One, relying on Nanda, established the basis of training to convert the property of the Sangha into personal property, the twelve groups of bhikshunis took possessions for the sake of the Sangha and converted them into personal property. When those bhikshunis with few desires were condemned, the bhikshunis spoke to the monks, and the monks reported to the Blessed One. Then the Blessed One did everything from the occurrence to the establishment of the training. Furthermore, any bhikshuni who knowingly converts property dedicated to the Sangha into personal property commits a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Furthermore, "any bhikshuni" refers to the twelve groups. "Knowingly" means either by oneself or being told by another. "Sangha" refers to the Sangha of the Buddha's disciples. "Property" refers to the two kinds of property, the property of clothes and the property of food. In this case, it is understood to be the property of clothes. "Dedicated" means offered. "Converting to personal property" means taking it for oneself. It is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. It is said to be the same as before. How does one fall into transgression? If a bhikshuni knowingly converts property dedicated to an individual to another individual, as long as the property is not taken for oneself, it is a misdeed. If it is taken for oneself, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. If a bhikshuni lives in another Sangha and transfers property dedicated to one Sangha to another Sangha, as long as the property is not taken for oneself, it is a misdeed.

It is done. If one uses it for oneself, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Similarly, if something is dedicated to the Bhikkhu Sangha and it is converted to the Bhikkhuni Sangha, it is the same as before. Similarly, if something is dedicated to both Sanghas and it is converted to one Sangha, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Similarly, if something is dedicated to one Sangha and it is converted to both Sanghas, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Similarly, starting from the flower place of the stupas, up to the flower place of the vase, and the gatehouse, etc., similarly, if something is dedicated to the offering place and it is converted to a warm room, similarly, the warm room and the Sangha's garden, pillars and beams, and the land should also be mentioned. Even if something is dedicated to one bowl and it is converted to another, it is a Dukkhata. If one searches and does not find it, or if permission is given, there is no offense. The eighteenth Nissaggiya Pacittiya is complete. Bhikkhuni Vinaya Vibhanga, Volume Fourteen. The origin of the story is in Rajagriha (present-day Rajgir). When the Blessed One was dwelling with Pilindavatsa, relying on the attendants, and established the training rule for the medicine for common illnesses of both Sanghas, the twelve groups of Bhikkhunis gave and took from that medicine for illnesses and consumed it, and after quickly giving and taking, they mixed what was given and taken from it with each other. Those that were mixed with food powder and were mixed with impurities and difficult to distinguish, when they were consumed at the proper and improper times, those Bhikkhunis spoke to the Bhikkhus, and the Bhikkhus reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One made a teaching from "This happened" to "Establishing the training rule." Furthermore, the Blessed One allowed the Bhikkhuni patients to take medicines that were suitable for them individually, such as: ghee, sesame oil, honey, and molasses syrup, these Bhikkhuni patients can enjoy through storage, and can enjoy up to seven days. If one enjoys beyond this limit, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. The Blessed One also said, the Tathagata.
