Sa. At that time, it is okay to ask at another time, or it is okay not to ask. That dispute is also without basis. The Bhikshuni dwells in anger, and speaks out of anger. If so, then this Dharma will fall from the very beginning, and what must happen together with the Sangha is Sanghavasesa. Also, which Bhikshuni is called a friend. Being angry is called quarreling, intimidating, being evil, and being dissatisfied. Not abandoning anger is called not eliminating the quarrel. In any case, to separate this from pure conduct is called the thought of separating this from the rules of a Shramana in any case. Pure Bhikshuni without falling is called that basis without falling. Without basis is called without seeing the three bases, the basis of hearing, and the basis of doubt. Being defeated is called any of the eight. Asking is also called by others. Not asking is also called oneself regretting, slightly regretting, completely regretting, and regret arising in the mind. That dispute is also called, because not choosing the four disputes, disputing, because of falling, disputing, because of regretting, disputing, because of behavior, disputing.

Therefore, the former is without remainder, while this offense is with remainder, hence it is called with remainder. Then, how does one fall? When slandering a pure person, one falls with ten grounds, and does not fall with five grounds. How does one fall with ten grounds? Regarding what he has not seen, not heard, and does not doubt, he changes his perception, and changes his forbearance, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, saying: 'I have seen, I have heard, I doubt.' Then, everything said becomes a Sanghavasesa. He hears and then forgets, he doubts and also forgets, he changes his perception, and changes his forbearance, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, saying: 'I have heard and have not forgotten, I have doubted and have not forgotten.' Then, everything said becomes a Sanghavasesa. Believing what is heard and saying 'I have seen,' not believing what is heard and saying 'I have seen,' doubting what is heard and saying 'I have seen,' not doubting what is heard and saying 'I have seen,' doubting the doubt and saying 'I have seen,' then everything said becomes a Sanghavasesa. Thus, one falls with ten grounds. How does one not fall with five grounds? Regarding what he has not seen, not heard, and does not doubt, he does not change his perception, nor does he change his forbearance, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, and says: 'I have seen, I have heard, I doubt.' Then he does not fall. He hears and then forgets, he doubts and also forgets, he does not change his perception, nor does he change his forbearance, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, and says: 'I have heard and have not forgotten, I have doubted and have not forgotten.' Then he does not fall. Thus, one does not fall with five grounds. Just as when slandering a pure person, one falls with ten grounds and does not fall with five grounds, so too, when slandering a pure person by pretending to be impure, one falls with ten grounds and with five grounds
