As for Pola, it is Kau and Neikau who eat the food. The second day is desire and plan. The third day is quick walk and Naso. That householder asked them: Holy ones, are there no other monks living in the bright forest? Why don't you dine here at all, but you people come in turn again and again. They said: Householder, don't you know? In the bright forest, although there are monks, how can those who enjoy all kinds of food every day eat the food offered by people like you? We are only here to benefit you. Then the householder said: Holy ones, if you holy ones do not benefit me, who will do it? So he said. Then, at another time, a monk came from the south, traveling through the regions in order to see the Blessed One, and came to the bright forest. He put on his robes in the morning, took his bowl, and went to Rajagriha in the morning to beg for alms. The householder Dexian saw him walking on the street and thought: This has never happened before. He said to him: Venerable, where do you come from? He said: From the south. For what? To see the Blessed One. Where do you live? He said: In the bright forest. For what? To beg for alms. He said: Can you endure fasting? Venerable, is the bright forest like a disease, that the donors do not offer food and drink to the Sangha? Householder, if that is the case, I hope to beg for alms in your place. The householder heard the monk's words and became suspicious of the Six Groups, thinking: Those people have different words for me, and this monk also has different words. He said to that monk: Please don't worry, today I will offer you your food, please accept my offering. In this way, he took that monk away. The Discrimination of Bhikkhunis, Volume Eight. The two monks sent by the Six Groups also came, and

The householder let them sit down comfortably and properly distributed and bestowed clean food and drink and a great deal of merit. After the meal, the householder said to the two of the six groups, "Venerables, you have preached the Dharma to me like an umbrella, and today I have listened to the Dharma of this bhikkhu who has never come before." Having said this, the two of them made a dedication of merit and left. Then, the householder Good Protector sat in front of that bhikkhu, and he said to that bhikkhu, "Venerable, is this meal that I offered you today good or bad?" He said, "Householder, since I started coming from the south, until now, I have never eaten such merit." He also said, "Venerable, these bhikkhus always say that my food is bad, what is the matter?" He said, "They do this so that ghosts will not eat and no one else will come to this house." "Venerable, why don't other bhikkhus come to this house? Householder, what if others come and are trampled by elephants?" He thought, "That's exactly right." Then he said to him, "Venerable, I understand, now please give me a Dharma talk!" In this way, that bhikkhu left after teaching the Dharma. That's all. Then, the householder Good Protector told the bhikkhus about the situation at that time and said, "If a bhikkhu appointed by the Sangha comes to enjoy the continuous offerings that I have prepared for the Sangha, I will not break this agreement. If not, I will leave all the offerings I have prepared, and I will not give them to anyone for distribution." Then, those bhikkhus thought, "What kind of fault is this?" That's all, they reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One said to the bhikkhus, "Bhikkhus, a wealthy person should be appointed to manage property and food. When the Sangha, through a request and two karmas, the venerable wealthy

When the venerable Gyada Treasure was appointed to allocate food, he would examine all the houses of the donors to see which ones gave excellent food, which ones gave middling food, and which ones gave inferior food. After examining them, he would appoint the elder monks to those who gave excellent food, the middling monks to those who gave middling food, and the younger monks to those who gave inferior food. On the second day, he would appoint the elder monks to those who gave inferior food, the younger monks to those who gave middling food, and the middling monks to those who gave excellent food. On the third day, he would appoint the elder monks to those who gave middling food, the middling monks to those who gave inferior food, and the younger monks to those who gave excellent food. In this way, the monks were allocated food. Those who were newly arrived monks would be allocated to those who gave excellent food on the first day, to those who gave middling food on the second day, and to those who gave inferior food on the third day, and on the fourth day they would become familiar with the roads. In this way, when the Sangha was allocated food in the order of seniority, there was no transgression. Then the Blessed One said to the monks: "Monks, among my disciples who allocate dwellings and allocate food, Gyada Treasure is the best." At that time, the monks Mitra and Bhumija were traveling and gradually arrived at Rajagriha (present-day Rajgir, Bihar). The venerable Gyada Treasure also allocated dwellings and residences for them. Then, when it was morning, Mitra and Bhumija said: "Venerable one, who is the food allocator?" A monk said to them: "It is Gyada Treasure." The two of them said to the venerable Gyada Treasure: "Gyada Treasure, please allocate food for us." Then, the venerable Gyada Treasure allocated them to those who gave excellent food on the first day. Then, Mitra and Bhumija dressed in their robes in the morning,
