He agreed. Then the parents also understood the son's intention to go (hunting), and announced to the people living in their town and those who lived by hunting: 'Gyabu Nor is going hunting, you also go!' Those people also came as announced. The next day, Gyabu Nor was surrounded by five hundred children belonging to the Gyabu clan, and people who lived by hunting and many servants also surrounded him, and they went hunting together. Then his friends said to him: 'Friend, are you going to drive the game? Or stay at the camp?' He thought: 'If I leave them at the camp and I go to hunt the game, they will kill a lot of game because they are quick at shooting arrows, it is better for me to stay at the camp.' Thinking like this, he announced to them: 'You go over there!' Those people were also very happy and said: 'Friend, we also believe in you like that.' They thought: 'This person is proficient in the four positions and five shooting points, he will definitely kill a lot of game.' He stayed at the camp holding a quiver full of arrows. Those people also drove a large number of game from all directions, and those game came to the young man in fear, and the young man saw those pitiful scenes moved by compassion, he felt very uncomfortable, and was extremely distressed by compassion, at that time he said the verses: Giving alms to all sentient beings, compared to having compassion for one sentient being, giving alms to all sentient beings is not as superior as having compassion for one sentient being. Those game that ran like the wind and were tormented by others, even if they scattered, he did not shoot an arrow. Like this, all sentient beings have a common consciousness and worldly knowledge, they thought: 'This great man is compassionate.' Thinking like this, they trusted him very much and scattered without fear. Afterwards, Gyabu Nor thought: 'If the sound of my shooting arrows is heard by some friends, they will be unhappy.' He also thought: 'Completely avoid my mother scolding me.'

Therefore, and in order to know that I am skilled in taming, he thought that he would shoot arrows. He thought like this, like this, in order not to cause harm to any sentient being, he shot arrows. He also arrived, and the arrows were shot between the horns, and between the hands and feet, and in the gaps of the hair, and in the ears, etc. He shot those empty arrows like that, without harming a single sentient being. After that, the deer were very frightened and ran away, and the hunters and his friends came and sat on the ground, thinking to each other: Now we have driven most of the deer from all directions, and this person named Gyabuno is also proficient in the four positions and the five kinds of shooting methods, if we can kill many deer today, carry the prey away, and enjoy it together in the future. Thinking like this. When they got close, they saw that not a single deer had been killed. After seeing it, they said to Gyabuno: Friend, where have those deer gone? He said: They ran away. They said: Didn't you shoot arrows? He said: I shot, look at the quiver, it's empty. They thought: Like this, Gyabuno shoots arrows, and has become so proficient. Just like that false rumor, if you don't understand even one method, let alone say you are proficient in four? Thinking like this. From "they began to scold his friends", and between "returning to his own home, on top of the high building, with his hand on his cheek, feeling depressed", his parents came and said this. From "saying this", son, why didn't you kill the deer? He said: Father and mother, do you love me? Son, we love you very much. If someone takes my life, what will happen to you? They said: We will be very sad and unhappy. He said: Do you also cherish life? They said: We cherish it very much. Then why do you make me kill other lives? Furthermore, father and mother, you treat beings like this.

With a mind of benefiting and compassion, abandon killing, harming, and binding. Just as you cherish and protect your own life, so should you protect the lives of other beings. Have you not heard these things? Until here. Then, they understood the child's intention and said this: Child, since that is so, go again to the top of the upper pavilion and play with the consorts. Then, the son of the wealthy man said from the top of the pavilion: Who, with two feet, without feet, medicine, mantras, and secret mantras, can completely liberate me from the suffering of samsara? At that time, if the place where evil occurred, the six teachers were not omniscient, but arrogant ones who claimed to be omniscient resided there. From there, going to the Venerable Light-Protected (འོད་སྲུང་), they said this: What is your Dharma? What is the instruction for disciples? What is the fruit of abiding in your pure conduct? What is the benefit? He said: Young man, I see and say this: There is no giving. There is no sacrifice. There is no fire offering. There is no good conduct. There is no bad conduct. The ripening of the karmic results of good and bad conduct does not exist. There is no this world. There is no other world. There is no mother. There is no father. There are no beings born miraculously. Those Arhats who have correctly departed and correctly entered in this world, through their own supernormal knowledge, have manifested and attained this world and the other world, thereby understanding: My birth is exhausted. Pure conduct has been practiced. What needed to be done has been done. I will not know another samsara beyond this. There are no people who make others understand these things. From there, this teacher has also gone astray, and is practicing the evil path. Wise people should avoid him as they would avoid a dangerous road. Until there, and said the verse: The evil-seer who proclaims wrong views, is known as one who proclaims inferiority. Whose Dharma is like that, what is his non-Dharma like? From there, just like that.
