From this basis, this object, and this occasion, up to the establishment of the precepts, it should be explained in detail. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni is angry and has not abandoned her hatred, thinking that she will somehow separate this person from the brahmacarya, she falsely accuses a pure bhikkhuni who has not committed any offense with a dharma that would cause her to be defeated. At that time, even if she is asked at another time, or not asked, that dispute is also without basis. The bhikkhuni dwells in hatred, and speaks out of hatred. If so, then this dharma will lead to downfall from the very beginning, and it is a sanghavasesa that necessarily involves expulsion. Furthermore, 'who is a bhikkhuni' refers to a friend. 'Angry' refers to agitation, intimidation, wickedness, and dissatisfaction. 'Has not abandoned hatred' refers to not having eliminated agitation. 'Will somehow separate this person from the brahmacarya' means thinking that she will somehow separate this person from the conduct of a renunciate. 'A bhikkhuni who is pure and has not committed any offense' refers to the absence of downfall in that basis. 'Without basis' refers to the absence of the three bases: the basis of seeing, the basis of hearing, and the basis of doubt. 'Causes defeat' refers to any of the eight. 'By dharma' refers to proclaiming what is not dharma as dharma. 'Accusation' refers to making an accusation. 'At another time' refers to another time. 'Asked' refers to being asked by others. 'Not asked' refers to oneself feeling regret, slight regret, great regret, and having doubts arise in one's mind. 'That dispute' refers to not choosing the four disputes, because it is a dispute, because it is a downfall, because it is regret, because it is an action. 'Without basis' refers to the absence of those three bases. 'The bhikkhuni also dwells in hatred' refers to wanting to be separated from the conduct of a renunciate. 'Speaks out of hatred' refers to wanting even more to be separated from the conduct of a renunciate. 'This dharma' refers to indicating what is not dharma as dharma. 'Will lead to downfall from the very beginning' refers to leading to downfall immediately. 'Necessarily involves expulsion'
