Don't let me go! I won't kill you! I won't let you lose your life! Thinking like this. If he doesn't let me go, doesn't kill me, doesn't let me lose my life, then the previous act of letting him die will become a great sin. If he said this, regretted it, and went to him, saying: May the one with life know! Like this, I am a foolish child, unclear, not clever, I spoke some bad words out of recklessness and chance. Don't let me go! Don't kill me! Don't let me lose my life! Why is that? The one with life is endowed with morality, endowed with virtuous Dharma, endowed with many qualities. May you live long, may you live long and generate much merit. Like this, if you do so, you will long enjoy great happiness among the gods. Having said this, if he refuses in this way, how can I not let him lose his life? The previous act of letting him die will become a great sin. If he thinks like this: Like this, he also says so, but I am endowed with morality, learned, endowed with virtuous Dharma, endowed with many qualities. If I go to another place, there will be good years. The higher realms are like being separated by silk, liberation is like being veiled by a curtain, and after the body is destroyed, one will be born among the gods. Thinking like this, he lets me go, kills me, lets me lose my life, then the previous act of letting him die will become a great sin. For those who are endowed with morality, it is like this. Therefore, it is said, did he let him die? It is also permissible to praise death, that is, to praise death in front of someone who is very happy about death. Among them, it is said: Hey, you person! This is a respectful term in Tibetan. What is the use of this sinful, impure, and evil life? Hey, you person! It is better to die than to live, these are all derogatory words! Say.

The so-called "should be spoken" means to speak. Furthermore, it should be proclaimed in detail as the first Parajika. The so-called "should not dwell" means that the nuns should not partake of food with him, should not partake of two meals, and should not partake of the four karmas. They should not appoint the twelve affairs of the nuns, therefore it is said "should not dwell." Thus it was said. Therefore, this is the third Parajika, and should be proclaimed in the Vinaya of the nuns. The rest should be proclaimed as in the Vinaya of the monks. The third Parajika is complete. Explaining the fourth Parajika. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in Vaishali, in the multi-storied mansion near the Monkey Pond. At that time, five hundred fishermen, for the sake of their livelihood, relied upon and resided on the delightful river Iddhimati. They had two prostitutes named "Practicing Lust" and "Great Practicing Lust." Sometimes they would let "Practicing Lust" enter, and sometimes they would let "Great Practicing Lust" enter. When there were no fish to buy, they would let "Practicing Lust" enter, and when there were fish to buy, they would let "Great Practicing Lust" enter. At another time, a festival occurred in Vaishali, and they let both prostitutes enter. Two hundred and fifty let "Practicing Lust" enter, and two hundred and fifty let "Great Practicing Lust" enter. Those who let "Practicing Lust" enter killed many animals such as fish, turtles, frogs, baby crocodiles, and fish-dogs, and piled them up in large piles like sesame, rice, large fruits, Chinese fir, and Chinese beans. Those who let "Great Practicing Lust" enter entered the delightful river Iddhimati from the great ocean, caught a huge crocodile, a large species of fish, and then they began to drag it. As they dragged it, it woke up and entered the river with those two hundred and fifty fishermen and the prostitute "Great Practicing Lust." Those fishermen said to the other two hundred and fifty fishermen: Friends, the prostitute "Great Practicing Lust" and we...

It was called "taking away the end of the fence." When they heard this, the other two hundred and fifty fishermen also came and gathered there, and they took those (fish) away as well. Then, they stayed on the high ground below and called out. After that, shepherds, cowherds, and others came and pulled it out with great effort, pulling out a type of crocodile fish that looked like a piled-up mountain, with eighteen heads and thirty-six eyes. Before long, a large crowd of people came and gathered, and the six teachers who claimed to be teachers but were not, who claimed to be all-knowing but were not, who were those six? They are as follows: Namely: Purana Kassapa, Makkhali Gosala, Ajita Kesakambali, Pakudha Kaccayana, Nigantha Nataputta, and Sanjaya Belatthiputta. These six who claimed to be teachers but were not, also came to watch at that time. In the meantime, for the Blessed One Buddha, there was nothing unknown, unseen, uncomprehended, or not fully known. The Blessed One Buddha, living and abiding by the nature of Dharma, endowed with great compassion, benefiting others, unwavering in virtuous conduct, with steadfast diligence to overcome others, the sole hero, the sole protector, non-dual, not speaking of duality, abiding in tranquility and insight, clarifying the three knowledges, well-trained in the three trainings, skilled in the three bases of taming, abandoning the three paths, free from desire for the three realms, unshaken by the four fearlessnesses, crossing the four rivers, well-established in the basis of practice with the four miraculous legs, having long cultivated the four objects of gathering, abandoning the five hindrances, completely transcending the five destinies, perfecting the six perfections, possessing six branches, abiding by the six things to be constantly maintained, rich with the flowers of the seven branches of enlightenment, teaching the eightfold noble path, skilled in the nine successive abidings, possessing the power of the ten strengths, with fame spreading in the ten directions.
