If she is not yet twenty years old, and she knows that she is not yet twenty years old, and the bhikkhunis ask her, "Are you twenty years old?" And she says, "I am not twenty years old." If those bhikkhunis confer the full ordination of a bhikkhuni on her, then those bhikkhunis and that bhikkhuni are not fully ordained from the very beginning, and they will also fall into offense by associating with and enjoying (things). The bhikkhuni's sangha will also become contentious because of this.
