If one says, "Go away," it is a downfall. Furthermore, "which bhikṣuṇī" refers to the twelve groups. "To the bhikṣuṇī" refers to the female disciple of the Blessed One. "If one says 'thus,'" means to speak. "Come to the houses" refers to the houses of Brahmins and householders. "There, food and chewing will be given to you as alms," refers to the five kinds of chewing and the five kinds of food. "How much do you want" means how much do you want to eat. "She did not allow her to give alms, but said, 'You and I are not happy together,'" means not happy together with you. "Does she speak" refers to words. "Does she dwell" refers to abiding. "Seeking quarrel" refers to seeking an opportunity for arrogance. "It is a downfall" is the same as before. So how does it become a downfall? If a bhikṣuṇī slightly seeks quarrel and speaks like that, then it will all become a downfall. If there is a doctor's instruction, or relying on it, the food of the Sangha is cut off, if it is not allowed, then there is no downfall. The seventh of the fourth downfall is complete. The basis of the story is in Śrāvastī. When the Blessed One, relying on the six groups, established the basis of the training to kindle fire without covering, and at that time, when permission was granted relying on the sick, the twelve groups kindle fire with their own hands, or cause others to kindle fire, and at what time, the bhikṣuṇīs who have little meaning are despised, at that time, they reported to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, from "this happened" to establishing the training. Again, which bhikṣuṇī, when not sick, desiring happiness for herself, kindles fire or causes others to kindle fire, it is a downfall. Again, "which bhikṣuṇī" refers to the twelve groups. "Not sick" refers to other than the sick. "For oneself" means for oneself. "Kindle fire" means to kindle fire. "Oneself" means oneself. "Causes to kindle fire" refers to others. "It is a downfall" is the same as before. So how does it become a downfall? A bhikṣuṇī with firewood

When taking, if one lights a fire for the sake of smoke offerings, one should bless it in due time. If one does not bless it, one commits a downfall. Similarly, when pouring for the sake of purifying smoke offerings, one should also bless it in due time, saying that it is for the sake of the Buddha. If one does not bless it, one commits a downfall. Similarly, for the sake of the Khenpo (Acharya), if one does not bless it, one commits a downfall. Similarly, if one starts a fire for the sake of the Sangha, one should bless it for a long time until the required amount is reached. If one blesses it, that is good. If one does not bless it, one commits a downfall. Even if one puts in firewood one by one, one should bless it in due time. If one blesses it, that is good. If one does not bless it, one commits a downfall. Similarly, if one scatters sparks, or blows on the fire, one also commits a downfall. If a Bhikshuni takes a torch and spins a torch wheel, she commits a downfall, from this sentence onwards, until drawing pictures on a piece of wood, she commits a downfall. When a Bhikshuni takes a piece of wood, if she blesses it in due time, that is good. If she does not bless it, she commits a minor offense. If she cooks food in a vessel without covering it for the sake of a sick person, or does the work of making dyes, or does the work of making bowls, in all these cases, if she blesses it in due time, there is no downfall. The eighth section of the fourth downfall is completed. The origin of the matter is in Shravasti. When the Blessed One, relying on the seventeen groups, established the basis of training for the Sangha's affairs in accordance with the Dharma, the Bhikshunis who were abiding in their own nature were doing the Sangha's affairs with the Sangha's affairs in accordance with the Dharma. At that time, those twelve groups had already agreed to the Sangha's affairs in accordance with the Dharma, but they did not give help, they gave wrong help, saying that it was done in a discordant way, not in a harmonious way. When those Bhikshunis of little understanding were scolding, they reported it to the Blessed One. After that, the Blessed One, from "this happened" onwards, until the establishment of the training. Also, if any Bhikshuni agrees to the Sangha's affairs in accordance with the Dharma, and then treats it as a matter of abandonment, and
