From "this event that happened in the past" until the establishment of the training. If one violates the admonition, one commits a downfall. "Violating the admonition" means that one has the intention of violating the admonition, and the language, words, and expressions are all as described above. "Committing a downfall" is also as described above. So, how does one commit a downfall? A bhikkhuni goes to a bhikkhuni and says, "Have you seen a bhikkhuni who has recently shaved her head, wearing reddish-yellow robes, carrying an iron bowl and a summer bowl cover, with a bowl filled with ghee, or filled with syrup, or filled with milk?" If the other bhikkhuni replies, "I saw a bhikkhuni walking." If she is asked by others, she gives a different answer, and if she has the intention of violating the admonition, then she commits a downfall. A bhikkhuni goes to a bhikkhuni and says, "Have you seen a bhikkhuni who has recently shaved her head, wearing reddish-yellow robes, carrying an iron bowl with a summer bowl cover, and coming with a staff wrapped in iron rings?" From "saying" onwards, all other content is as described above, and if one has the intention of violating the admonition, then one commits a downfall, until the end. A bhikkhuni goes to a bhikkhuni and says, "Have you seen a householder carrying a load of sugar cane wood, or reeds, or arrow shafts, or arrows, or a jar of ghee, or oil, or honey, or a jar filled with sugar syrup, walking along this road?" If the other bhikkhuni replies, "I saw a householder walking, but not carrying those things." If she is asked by others, she gives a different answer, and if she has the intention of violating the admonition, then she commits a downfall. A bhikkhuni goes to a bhikkhuni and says, "Have you seen a householder woman walking along this road, wearing clothes of various colors, some blue, some yellow, some red, some white?" If the other bhikkhuni replies, "I saw a householder woman walking." If she is asked by others, she gives a different answer, and if she has the intention of violating the admonition, then she commits a downfall. If someone has escaped from an executioner, and the executioner is chasing after him, and that person is a bhikkhu...

Having gone to the mother, ask like this: "Holy mother, have you seen someone who was killed fleeing from this road?" She should reason with the executioner who is killing. If it is hot weather, say, "Good person, please rest for a moment! Please drink some cold water!" and fan him with a cool fan. If it is cold weather, say, "Good person, please enter the warm room! Please rest for a moment in a warm place!" If that executioner says, "I am in a hurry, let me go!" then say to him, "Looking at the sky, you see the sky." Similarly, looking at the fingernail, say, "You see the fingernail." If the executioner is stubborn and says, "I am not asking about these things, I am asking about the one who was killed," that bhikshuni should especially believe that all conditioned phenomena are emptiness, and say, "I have not seen anything." If a bhikshuni goes to a bhikshuni and asks like that, if the bhikshuni breaks her by not speaking, she will commit a downfall. If she is put in sick medicine, or is afflicted by a disease in her mouth, there is no downfall. The third part of the second downfall is complete. The origin of the story is in Shravasti. When the Blessed One saw that the monks had many uncovered dwellings, he established the training. Those bhikshunis who naturally lived there followed that training. Then, twelve groups of bhikshunis, without covering their dwellings, went outside the boundary. Then, the elder bhikshunis said to those twelve groups of bhikshunis, "Sisters, has the Blessed One not established the training?" They said, "Establishing the training is for the monks, not for the bhikshunis." At the time of saying these things, the bhikshunis spoke to the monks, and the monks reported to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said, "I...
