From now on, you have no right to sleep in the same place. Foolish woman, you are expelled. Go away! Thus should be admonished. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni knowingly associates with, shows favor to, shares in the use of, or dwells with a female novice who has been expelled in such a manner, or sleeps in the same place with her, it is a patayantika offense. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni obtains a piece of silk, she should dye it one of three colors: blue, red, or brownish-yellow. If a bhikkhuni uses or keeps a piece of silk without dyeing it one of the three colors—blue, red, or brownish-yellow—it is a patayantika offense. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni personally takes or causes another to take precious jewels or things considered precious, except for those belonging to the sangha or a dwelling, it is a patayantika offense. If a bhikkhuni sees precious jewels or things considered precious belonging to the sangha, she should think, "Whose is this? I will take it." She should take it with such a thought; this is the proper procedure. The Blessed One said that one should bathe every half month, but if one does so at an improper time, it is a patayantika offense. The proper time is the remaining two and a half months of the cold season, and the first half month and three months of the summer season—this is the hot season. The rest is the time of sickness, the time of work, the time of work, the time of wind, the time of rain, the time of hail; this is the proper time. Summary: Animal, regret, finger, play, frighten, hide, groundless, walking without a woman. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni knowingly kills a living being belonging to the animal realm, it is a patayantika offense. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni knowingly thinks, "By all means, this bhikkhuni should not experience happiness even for a moment," and causes regret in that bhikkhuni for that reason, it is a patayantika offense. Rubbing the genitals with a finger is a patayantika offense. Playing in the water is a patayantika offense. Furthermore, if any bhikkhuni who is born

Sleeping in the same room with a man constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni causes fear to another bhikkhuni, or allows another to cause fear, even with the intention of jesting, it constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni hides the bowl, robe, mat, cup, belt, or any requisites for the ascetic life of another bhikkhuni, a siksamana, or a sramanerika, or allows another to hide them, except for a specific reason, it constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni, out of anger and hatred, groundlessly accuses a pure and innocent bhikkhuni of an offense requiring sanghadisesa, it constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni travels to a guest house with a man without the company of a woman, even if it is only between villages, it constitutes a downfall. The summary verse states: Stealing and digging, being invited and learning, fighting and not speaking, walking and disrespect, drinking alcohol at the wrong time. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni travels to a guest house with a thief of the same intention, even if it is only between villages, it constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni digs the earth with her own hand, or allows another to dig, it constitutes a downfall. Furthermore, a bhikkhuni should accept an invitation for four months. If she accepts an invitation for more than four months, it constitutes a downfall. She should not accept unless it is a separate invitation, multiple invitations, a timely invitation, or a long-term invitation. Because that is the appropriate time. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni, when other bhikkhunis advise her, saying, "Venerable Mother, you should learn this precept," says to those bhikkhunis, "I, a bhikkhuni, will not learn the precepts spoken by your words, who are foolish, ignorant, and unskilled, until I have consulted with those who hold the sutras, hold the vinaya, and hold the matrikas," it constitutes a downfall. A bhikkhuni who wishes to know everything should learn that precept. She should also consult with those who hold the sutras, hold the vinaya, and hold the matrikas. Because that is the rule. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni quarrels with bhikkhunis, reveals shortcomings, is discordant, argues incessantly, and dwells in that state, and having heard what these bhikkhunis say, comments on it truthfully
