I go. He said: Father is not mistaken, let it be done this way. The householder, skilled in riding, harnessed that fine horse, adorned it with various ornaments, and sent it to the pasture with his retinue. At that time, the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-ones, are all-knowing, all-seeing, all-knowing, without the slightest unknowing, possessing great compassion, acting for the benefit of the world, being the sole protector, the sole hero, without a second, not speaking in two ways, abiding in tranquility and insight, making the three knowledges clear, well-trained in the three trainings, skilled in the basis of the three places of taming, crossing the four rivers, with the four miraculous feet, well-abiding in the basis of conduct, having long cultivated the four objects of gathering, unafraid with the four fearlessnesses, abandoning the five faults, completely liberated from the five destinies, possessing six branches, perfecting the six perfections, abiding with the six constant abidings, rich with the flowers of the seven branches of enlightenment, teaching the eightfold path, skilled in the nine successive abidings, possessing the power of the ten powers, fame truly increasing in the ten directions, in hundreds of rulerships, the nature of those who are particularly excellent is that three times during the day and three times during the night, with the eye of the Buddha, they observe the world, what has declined, what has increased, what has been harmed, what has become frightening, what has become uncomfortable, what has become harmful, frightening, and uncomfortable, what inclines towards the lower realms, what falls into the lower realms, what has fallen into the lower realms. I will raise up from the path of the lower realms and place in the heavenly realms, liberation, and fruition. From whose hand will I draw out those who are sinking in the swamp of desire? Whom shall I place in the dominion of the wealth of the noble ones, from the lack of the wealth of the noble ones? Whose world, adorned by the appearance of the Buddhas, shall I make a world with fruit? Whose roots of virtue that have not been generated shall I cause to be generated? Whose roots of virtue that have been generated shall I cause to be fully ripened? Whose roots of virtue that have been fully ripened shall I liberate? Possessing such knowledge and vision.

Entering (the text). It is said: The poisonous one who dwells in the realm of aquatic creatures, May change beyond the seasons, But the Buddha's love for those to be tamed, Will not change beyond the seasons. Just as a mother cares for her only beloved child, Thinking of them and protecting their life, So too, the Tathagata cares for beings to be tamed, Thinking of them and protecting their life. The compassion possessed in the mind of the all-knowing one, Is like a vehicle, never tiring of seeking untamed calves, The love for beings who are immersed in samsara and evil paths, Is like a cow's love for an extremely weak calf. The Bhagavan thought: If the lineage-holding herdsman does not see the truth, but sees Blue-Neck first, they will not become vessels of the truth. In order to benefit them, I should go to the herdsman. Thinking thus, he traveled through Magadha, and when he arrived at the herdsman's dwelling, he promised to spend the night on the grass laid on the path of the cattle. The cowherds, the shepherds, the grass cutters, the wood cutters, those who live by the road, and those who live by getting lost, saw the Bhagavan promising to spend the night on the grass laid on the path of the cattle. Having seen this, they quickly ran to the lineage-holding herdsman and said: Householder, that Bhagavan who freed you from the yaksha has come to the herdsman's dwelling and has promised to spend the night on the grass laid on the path of the cattle. The lineage-holding herdsman thought: If I go tomorrow, the Bhagavan will have gone elsewhere, and such a place will not exist, I myself will go. Thinking thus, he hurried off and asked when the gate would open. At that time, Blue-Neck also came to the gate, but he did not enter either, and promised to spend the night at the gate. The next morning, the lineage-holding herdsman quickly got on his chariot and came out of the herdsman's dwelling, and Blue-Neck also got on his chariot, and as he was about to enter, the lineage-holding herdsman said: Chariot, move aside! Blue-Neck also said: Your chariot, move aside! But he did not move aside, and the other one did not move aside either, so Blue-Neck asked:
