Then, Tummo cleaned her house thoroughly, swept it clean, carefully applied paint, and then arranged flowers, sitting quietly with peaceful behavior. The venerable Acara also, the next day, dressed in his lower robe early in the morning, took his bowl and Dharma robes, went to the house of the Brahmin Galava, and sat down on the prepared seat. Then, the Brahmin, knowing that the venerable Acara was seated comfortably, satisfied him and strengthened him with clean and excellent food and drink from his own hand. In many ways, having satisfied and strengthened him with clean and excellent food and drink from his own hand, knowing that the venerable Acara had finished his meal, washed his hands, and put down his bowl, he took a very low seat and sat down in front of the venerable Acara in order to listen to the Dharma. The venerable Acara understood his thoughts, latent tendencies, nature, and disposition, and thus, as the Brahmin sat on that very seat, he shattered the twenty high peaks of the mountain of the view of the aggregation of destruction with the vajra of wisdom, and manifested the fruit of stream-entry, and thus taught the Dharma. Having seen the truth, he said: "Venerable, I rely on the virtuous friend, the venerable Acara. Such a thing as the venerable Acara has done for me, even my father and mother have not done for me."
