་མང་བ་ཡིན་ལ་དད་པ་ཅན་ཡིན་གྱིས་སོང་ལ་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཁྱེའུ་དེ་ཚོང་དཔོན་དེའི་གན་དུ་སོང་སྟེ་སྨྲས་པ། ཡབ་བདག་གི་སྡུམ་པ་ན་སྣོད་སྤྱད་དང་། མི་བླས་དང་། གནས་མལ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཀྱང་མ་མཆིས་ཀྱིས་ཁྱོད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཞལ་ཟས་སྟ་གོན་མཛོད་ཅིག་དང་བདག་མཆིས་ནས་ རང་གི་སུག་པ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་གདུགས་ཚོད་གསོལ་ལོ། །ཚོང་དཔོན་དེ་དད་པ་ཅན་ཡིན་པས་དེས་བསམས་པ། བདག་གི་ཁྱིམ་གསར་དུ་བརྩིགས་པ་དེར་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་གདུགས་ཚོད་གསོལ་བར་གྱུར་ན་ལེགས་སོ་སྙམ་ནས་དེས་སྨྲས་པ། བུ་ཞོག་སྟེ་སོང་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་སང་གདུགས་ཚོད་ལ་སྤྱན་དྲོངས་ཤིག་དང་ཁོ་བོས་ཞལ་ཟས་སྟ་གོན་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་དེས་ཚོང་དཔོན་དེའི་ལག་ཏུ་ཀཱར་ཥཱ་པ་ཎ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་གཏད་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་གཉིས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་རྒན་པའི་མཐའ་ལོགས་སུ་འདུག་ནས་གསོལ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སང་བདག་གིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་གདུགས་ཚོད་ལ་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་དེ་ལ་ཅང་མི་གསུང་བས་གནང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་དེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཅང་མི་གསུང་བས་གནང་བར་རིག་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་གཉིས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་སོང་ངོ་། །ཚོང་དཔོན་དེས་ཀྱང་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཚན་མོ་ཞལ་ཟས་སྟ་གོན་བྱས་ནས་ནང་པར་སྔར་ལངས་ཏེ་གདན་བཤམས་ནས་ཆུ་ར་བཞག་སྟེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་གྱིས་བཙུན་པ་གདུགས་ཚོད་གཡར་དགོངས་འཚལ་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ད་དེའི་དུས་ལ་བབ་པར་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ་ཞེས་སྤྱན་དྲངས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྔ་དྲོ་ཤམ་ཐབས་གསོལ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་དང་ཆོས་གོས་བསྣམས་ཏེ་དགེ་སློང་གི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ཅིང་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་མདུན་དུ་བདར་ནས་ཚོང་དཔོན་དེའི་ཁྱིམ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་གཤེགསསོ། །དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་གིས་དྲིས་པ། སུའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་སྤྱན་དྲངས། ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་གིའོ། །དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། དེ་ནི་གླ་མི་ཡིན་པས་ཅི་ཞིག་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར། ཁྱིམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཁྱིམ་དག་ཏུ་དོང་ལ་གཡར་ཚུས་བཟས་འདོང་ངོ་ཞེས་དེ་དག་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཁྱིམ་དག་ཏུ་དོང་བ་དང་། དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། འཕགས་པ་དག་གདན

更加众多并且是具有信仰的人，去到那里做这件事吧！那个孩子去到那个商人那里说道：父亲，我的住所里没有器皿和仆人，也没有稍微的住处，请您准备食物，我从自己的手中供养佛陀等比丘僧团午斋。那个商人因为是有信仰的人，他心想：我的新盖的房子里，如果佛陀等比丘僧团能够接受午斋，那就太好了，于是他说：孩子，稍等片刻，你去迎请佛陀等比丘僧团明天来应供午斋，我来准备食物。之后，那个户主的儿子将五百嘎尔沙巴拿交到那个商人手中，然后去往世尊所在的地方，到达后用头顶礼世尊的双足，在老者的旁边坐下禀告道：世尊，明天我将迎请佛陀等比丘僧团来应供午斋。世尊没有对户主的儿子说什么，表示应允了。之后，那个户主的儿子知道世尊没有说话就是应允了，于是用头顶礼世尊的双足后离开了。那个商人也在当天晚上准备了食物，第二天早早起床，铺设好座位，准备好水。迎请世尊说：如果尊者想要接受比丘的午斋，请世尊知道现在是时候了。之后，世尊早上穿好下裙，拿着钵和法衣，被比丘的僧众围绕着，比丘的僧团在前面引导着，前往那个商人的住所。六群比丘问道：谁的家里迎请了佛陀等比丘僧团？是某某户主的儿子。六群比丘说道： 他是个佣人，能布施什么呢？去挨家挨户地乞讨，借着吃吧，就这样那些人挨家挨户地乞讨，那些人说道：圣者们，座位。

Even more numerous and faithful, go there and do it! That child went to that merchant and said: Father, in my dwelling there are no utensils, no servants, and not even a small dwelling place, please prepare food, and I will offer the Buddha and the Sangha the midday meal from my own hands. That merchant, being a faithful person, thought: If the Buddha and the Sangha could accept the midday meal in my newly built house, that would be excellent, so he said: Child, wait a moment, go and invite the Buddha and the Sangha to come for the midday meal tomorrow, and I will prepare the food. After that, the son of that householder handed five hundred karshapanas to that merchant, and then went to where the Blessed One was, and after arriving, bowed his head to the feet of the Blessed One, sat down next to the elder, and reported: Blessed One, tomorrow I will invite the Buddha and the Sangha to come for the midday meal. The Blessed One did not say anything to the son of the householder, indicating his consent. After that, the son of that householder knew that the Blessed One's silence meant consent, so he bowed his head to the feet of the Blessed One and left. That merchant also prepared food that night, and the next day he got up early, prepared the seats, and prepared water. He invited the Blessed One, saying: If the Venerable One wishes to accept the midday meal of the monks, please know that it is time. After that, the Blessed One, in the morning, put on his lower garment, took his bowl and Dharma robe, surrounded by the assembly of monks, with the Sangha of monks leading the way, went to the dwelling of that merchant. The group of six monks asked: In whose house is the Buddha and the Sangha invited? It is the son of a certain householder. The group of six monks said: He is a servant, what can he give? Go and beg from house to house, eat by borrowing, and so those people begged from house to house, and those people said: Holy ones, seats.
