ལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱུང་བ་འདི་དང་གླེང་གཞི་འདི་དང་། སྐབས་འདི་ལ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་བསྡུ་བ་མཛད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ནི་མཁྱེན་བཞིན་དུ་རྨེད་པར་མཛད་པ་སྟེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་འཆར་ཀ་ལ་རྨས་པ། འཆར་ཀ་ཁྱོད་དགེ་སློང་མ་དང་ ལྷན་ཅིག་གཅིག་པུ་ཅིག་དང་དབེན་པ་སྐྱབས་ཡོད་པ་ན་འགྲེང་བ་བདེན་ནམ་བཙུན་པ་མད་དོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སྦྱོང་གི་ཚུལ་མ་ཡིན་པ་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་རུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བས་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་རྣམ་པར་སྨད་པ་མཛད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྣམ་གྲངས་དུ་མས་རྣམ་པར་སྨད་ནས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན་ཕན་ཡོན་བཅུ་ཡང་དག་པར་གཟིགས་པས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་བཅའ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །ངའི་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་འདི་ལྟར་གདོན་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཡང་དགེ་སློང་གང་དགེ་སློང་མ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་གཅིག་པུ་ཅིག་དང་དབེན་པ་སྐྱབས་ཡོད་པ་ན་འགྲེང་ན་ལྟུང་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་དགེ་སློང་གང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཆར་ཀའམ། གཞན་ཡང་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །དགེ་སློང་མ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་འདི་པ་དང་ངོ་། །ལྷན་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་དེ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་གོ །གཅིག་པུ་ཅིག་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེ་ནི་དེ་དེ་དང་ངོ་། །དབེན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གང་ན་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་། བུད་མེད་དང་མ་ནིང་གཞན་འགའ་ཡང་མེད་པའོ། །སྐྱབས་ཡོད་པ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྔས་བསྐྱབས་པ་ན་སྟེ། རྩིག་པས་བསྐྱབས་པ་དང་རིབ་མས་བསྐྱབས་པ་དང་ཡོལ་བས་བསྐྱབས་པ་དང་། ཐིབས་པོས་བསྐྱབས་པ་དང་། མཚན་མོས་བསྐྱབས་པ་ནའོ། །འགྲེང་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདོམ་གང་གི་ནང་དུ་འགྲེང་ནའོ། །ལྟུང་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོ་དང་ཡི་དགས་ངན་སོང་དང་ངན་འགྲོ་དང་ལོག་པར་ལྟུང་བ་དག་ཏུ་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད། འཚོད་པར་བྱེད་ལྟུང་བར་བྱེད་པའོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ལྟུང་བ་དེ་མ་བཤགས་ཤིང་སོ་སོར་མ་བཤགས་ན་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ལ་སྒྲིབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དེས་ན་ལྟུང་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །དེ་ལ་ལྟུང་བར་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ཇི་ཙམ་ཅུང་ཟད་དགེ་སློང་མ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་གཅིག་པུ་ཅིག་དང་དབེན་པ

拉朵。此后，世尊说，这件事和这个话题，以及这个时候僧众聚集等等，都和之前一样。诸佛世尊是明知故犯等等，也和之前一样。佛世尊责备具寿查嘎，查嘎，你和比丘尼一起，单独一人，在隐蔽有遮蔽的地方站立，是真的吗？尊者，不是的。佛世尊呵责说，不是沙门的行径，不随顺，不如法，不合规矩，这不是出家人该做的事。之后，世尊以多种方式呵责后，对比丘们说：比丘们，因此，以十种利益如实观之，应为声闻众制定学处。等等都和之前一样。我的声闻众应如此背诵学处：如果任何比丘和比丘尼一起，单独一人，在隐蔽有遮蔽的地方站立，则犯堕罪。其中，任何比丘是指查嘎，或其他类似的人。比丘尼是指与此法相同的人。一起是指与她一起。单独一人是指与她单独。隐蔽是指没有任何男人、女人或双性人的地方。有遮蔽是指被五种东西遮蔽的地方，即被墙壁遮蔽，被帘子遮蔽，被帷幔遮蔽，被浓雾遮蔽，被黑暗遮蔽。站立是指在一寻之内站立。犯堕罪是指焚烧有情于地狱、畜生、饿鬼、恶趣、恶道和堕落之处，折磨、堕落。此外，如果未忏悔此堕罪，未个别忏悔，则会障碍善法，因此说犯堕罪。那么，如何会犯堕罪呢？比丘只要稍微和比丘尼一起，单独一人，在隐蔽的地方

Lato. Then, the Blessed One said that this event and this topic, and the gathering of the Sangha of monks at this time, etc., are the same as before. The Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, knowingly commit offenses, etc., are also the same as before. The Blessed Buddha rebuked the venerable Charka, "Charka, is it true that you and a Bhikkhuni, alone, stand in a secluded and sheltered place?" "Venerable, no." The Blessed Buddha rebuked, saying, "It is not the conduct of a Shramana, not in accordance, not proper, not in accordance with the rules, this is not what a renunciant should do." Then, after the Blessed One rebuked in various ways, he said to the monks: "Monks, therefore, seeing the ten benefits as they are, the foundation of learning should be established for the Shravakas." Etc., are the same as before. "My Shravakas should recite the foundation of learning in this way: If any monk and a Bhikkhuni, alone, stand in a secluded and sheltered place, he commits a Patayantika offense." Among them, "any monk" refers to Charka, or anyone else like him. "Bhikkhuni" refers to someone who is the same as this Dharma. "Together" means together with her. "Alone" means alone with her. "Secluded" means a place where there are no men, women, or hermaphrodites. "Sheltered" means being sheltered by five things, that is, being sheltered by a wall, being sheltered by a curtain, being sheltered by a veil, being sheltered by thick fog, being sheltered by darkness. "Standing" means standing within a fathom. "Commits a Patayantika offense" means burning sentient beings in hell, animals, hungry ghosts, evil realms, bad paths, and places of falling, tormenting, and causing to fall. Furthermore, if this offense is not confessed, and not individually confessed, it will obstruct virtuous Dharmas, therefore it is said to commit a Patayantika offense. So, how does one commit a Patayantika offense? As long as a monk is slightly with a Bhikkhuni, alone, in a secluded place
