When the Blessed One dispelled it with his miraculous power, the space above it became like a water bubble, and finally stayed there, mostly staying with the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One covered many dwellings with coverings, took the summer coarse cloth clothes, and wanting to cool his body, sat on the steps. Then, the Blessed One withdrew the miraculous power that dispelled the great cloud of unseasonal time. After the Blessed One withdrew the miraculous power, thunder rumbled, and the rain satisfied all the valleys and plains. Then, the Blessed One cooled his body and also cooled his feet, and in order to properly place his body, he entered the temple. Then, a monk who was begging for alms finished begging and went to where the Blessed One was. The Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, according to the Dharma nature, would make the monk who begs for alms happy, asking: Monk, did you get food from begging? Was the Sangha of monks satisfied? The Blessed One asked the monk who was begging for alms: Monk, did you get food from begging? Was the Sangha of monks satisfied? And made them happy separately. He replied: Venerable, I got food from begging in Tepo, and the Sangha of monks was also satisfied. Then, the Blessed One finished his meal, cooled his feet behind the temple, and then entered the temple.

Having seen this, I exclaimed and scolded, saying: These Brahmins and householder devotees squeeze their skin, flesh, and blood to give alms and perform meritorious deeds, but the monks do not know moderation and enjoy them without thinking. Monks, you should enjoy the offerings of faith with moderation, abandonment, timeliness, prudence, and restraint, that is good. Intermediate verse: Moderation and abandonment, likewise timeliness and prudence, are to be enjoyed with restraint. Then, the Blessed One praised the enjoyment of moderation, abandonment, timeliness, prudence, and restraint, and said to the monks: Monks, therefore, in order to fully see the ten benefits, the precepts should be established for the Shravakas. As before. My Shravakas should recite the precepts in this way: If any monk uses the Sangha's bed, small bed, woolen seat, cotton, pillow, or cushion without arranging it or having someone arrange it, and then leaves, he commits a downfall.
