敦以比丘友和萨勒杰（地生）作嘲讽之列。此乃禀白。何时僧团将比丘友和萨勒杰列入嘲讽和作践之列，彼时彼二具寿嘉布诺尔对之嘲讽和作践，（说）少数比丘为何因比丘等以僧团和合而安置比丘于住所，并知晓已委派于食物，却对他嘲讽和作践，进行辱骂，抛掷瓦砾，恶语相向之时，众比丘向薄伽梵禀白。其后，薄伽梵就此发生之事，此为话题，于此时机，作比丘之僧团集会等如前。诸佛薄伽梵乃知晓而行事等亦如前。佛薄伽梵呵责比丘友和萨勒杰二人，比丘汝等明知比丘以僧团和合而安置住所，并委派于食物，对嘉布诺尔比丘进行嘲讽和作践，是真吗？尊者，是的。佛薄伽梵呵责说，非沙门之行，不随顺，不如法，不合仪，此非出家人所为。其后，薄伽梵以多种方式呵责后，对比丘们开示说，比丘们，因此当如实观见十种利益，于律藏中为声闻众安立学处。

They revile, throw stones, and speak harshly to him. Then the monks reported this to the Blessed One. Then the Blessed One, regarding this occurrence, this topic, and this occasion, convened a gathering of monks, and so on, as before. The Buddha, the Blessed One, rebuked the two monks, Mitra and Salaja, saying, "Monks, is it true that you knowingly ridicule and humiliate the monk Gyabu Nor, who has been placed in residence and assigned to food by the Sangha in harmony?" Venerable One, it is true. The Buddha, the Blessed One, rebuked them, saying, "This is not the conduct of a renunciant, it is not in accordance with the Dharma, it is not proper, it is not in accordance with the rules. This is not what a renunciant should do." Then, after rebuking them in various ways, the Blessed One instructed the monks, saying, "Therefore, monks, seeing the ten benefits, you should establish the basis of training for the Shravakas in the Vinaya."
