Says "benefit." Says "come." Each rejoices. Says "the one who always dwells together exists," but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. Even says "with a certain monk, the flesh-eaters in the dust speak ghost language. Says 'come.' Each rejoices. Says 'the one who always dwells together exists,'" but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. A certain monk, with himself as the object of approach, without changing the perception, and without changing patience, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, says "a certain monk has obtained the perception of impermanence, this person exists," but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. Just like the perception of impermanence, just like before, up to the perception of separately cognizing emptiness, says "the one who has obtained it exists," but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. A monk, with himself as the object of approach, without changing the perception, and without changing patience, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, says "a certain monk has obtained the first dhyana, this person exists," but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. Just like the first dhyana, just like before, from the second dhyana, the third dhyana, the fourth dhyana, up to a certain monk Arhat, contemplating the eight liberations, and between the liberation from the two divisions, says "this person exists," but does not say "I am this," then a transgression is committed. Thus, many monks dwell in a solitary place without a village, and when non-humans harass them there, if a monk is a stream-enterer, a once-returner, a non-returner, an Arhat, then the non-humans no longer harass him. A monk, with himself as the object of approach, without changing the perception, and without changing patience, desire, wisdom, discrimination, and view, says "a certain monk in that solitary place without a village

It is said that there is a situation where non-humans do not harm those who dwell there. If one does not say, "This is how I think," it becomes a transgression. For example, many monks are invited to eat in various households, and patterned cushions are laid out for them there. There, for those who have entered the stream, those who return once, those who do not return, and those who are Arhats, patterned cushions are laid out for them. The monks show by approaching themselves, without changing their perception, without changing their patience, desire, wisdom, thought, and view, saying, "There is a situation where whichever monk is invited to eat in that household, and patterned cushions are also laid out for him there." If one does not say, "This is how I think," it becomes a transgression. For example, many monks dwell in monasteries, and relying on a small reason for tranquility, holding their own characteristics, they suppress afflictions through worldly paths, so there is no attachment to desire, and no hatred arises universally in their minds. The monks show by approaching themselves, without changing their perception, without changing their patience, desire, wisdom, thought, and view, saying, "Whichever monk dwells in a monastery place without villages, and relying on a small reason for tranquility, holding their own characteristics, they suppress afflictions through worldly paths, so there is no attachment to desire, and no hatred arises universally in their minds." If one does not say, "This is how I think," it becomes a transgression. The eighth transgression of speaking of superhuman qualities is complete. Vinaya-vibhaṅga, Volume Forty-two. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in Rajagriha, in the Bamboo Grove at the place of Kalandaka. When the venerable Kāśyapa, Norgnas Marboga, was appointed as the distributor of food, he was endowed with faith, and had good and virtuous thoughts, so he was diligent in performing the duties for the Sangha in accordance with the Dharma. He (served) the Buddha, or the Dharma, or the Sangha, or...
