比丘以说他人过失之心,往比丘处,如是说:具寿有何沙门之行?有何婆罗门之行?具寿是麻风病者、小痘疮者、易疲劳者、疥疮者、瘙痒者、犬疥癣者、痔疮者、足癣者、呃逆者、易呕吐者、腹部干燥者、疫病者、重疫病者、痰多者、呼吸不畅者、瘦病者、健忘者、常饥饿者、白癞病者、肥胖者、肿瘤者、血病者、胆病者、从阴间破裂而出家者。如是说,无论比丘是否成为僧残,对比丘来说,都成为堕罪。比丘以说他人过失之心,往比丘处,如是说:具寿是破戒者、僧残者、堕罪者、应向彼悔罪者、犯了恶作之堕罪者。如是说,无论比丘是否成为僧残,对比丘来说,都成为堕罪。比丘以说他人过失之心,往比丘处,如是说:具寿是愤怒者、怀恨者、隐瞒者、易怒者、嫉妒者、吝啬者、虚伪者、欺骗者、无惭者、无愧者、欲作恶者、邪见者。如是说,无论比丘是否成为僧残,对比丘来说,都成为堕罪。 比丘以说他人过失之心,往比丘处,如是说:具寿犹如尸体。以如是等呵责而呵责,无论比丘是否成为僧残,对比丘来说,都成为堕罪。如果有很多这样的名字,那么回答它,说是佛陀所护。

If a monk, with the intention of speaking of another's faults, goes to a monk and says, "Venerable one, what is the practice of a renunciate? What is the practice of a Brahmin? The venerable one is a leper, has smallpox, is easily fatigued, has scabies, has itching, has dog mange, has hemorrhoids, has foot scabies, has hiccups, is prone to vomiting, has a dry abdomen, has pestilence, has severe pestilence, has a lot of phlegm, has difficulty breathing, has consumption, is forgetful, is often hungry, has white leprosy, is obese, has tumors, has blood disease, has bile disease, has gone forth from a ruptured perineum." If he speaks thus, whether the monk becomes a Sanghavasesa or not, it becomes a Patayantika for the monk. If a monk, with the intention of speaking of another's faults, goes to a monk and says, "Venerable one, what is the practice of a renunciate? What is the practice of a Brahmin? The venerable one is one who is defeated, a Sanghavasesa, a Patayantika, one who should confess, one who has committed a Dukkhata." If he speaks thus, whether the monk becomes a Sanghavasesa or not, it becomes a Patayantika for the monk. If a monk, with the intention of speaking of another's faults, goes to a monk and says, "Venerable one, what is the practice of a renunciate? What is the practice of a Brahmin? The venerable one is angry, holds grudges, conceals, is easily angered, is jealous, is stingy, is deceitful, is fraudulent, is shameless, is without modesty, desires evil, has wrong views." If he speaks thus, whether the monk becomes a Sanghavasesa or not, it becomes a Patayantika for the monk. If a monk, with the intention of speaking of another's faults, goes to a monk and says, "Venerable one, what is the practice of a renunciate? What is the practice of a Brahmin? The venerable one is like a corpse." If he rebukes with such rebukes, whether the monk becomes a Sanghavasesa or not, it becomes a Patayantika for the monk. If there are many such names, then answer it, saying that it is protected by the Buddha.
