བོ་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་སྐྱེས་པོ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ཁང་བཟངས་ཀྱི་ནུབ་སྒོ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་བ་དང་། མིག་མི་བཟང་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མ་འཇུག་པར་སྡོད་ཅིག །ཅིའི་ཕྱིར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་འབའ་ཞིག་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་པས་འདིར་མི་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཚོད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཆུད་དོ། །བཞིན་བཟངས་ཁྱོད་སུ་ཞིག་ཡིན། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁོ་བོ་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མིག་མི་བཟང་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ཁང་བཟངས་ཀྱི་བྱང་སྒོ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་བ་དང་། རྣམ་ཐོས་ཀྱི་བུས་སྨྲས་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མ་འཇུག་པར་སྡོད་ཅིག །ཅིའི་ཕྱིར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་འབའ་ཞིག་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་པས་འདིར་མི་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཚོད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཆུད་དོ། །བཞིན་བཟངས་ཁྱོད་སུ་ཞིག་ཡིན། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁོ་བོ་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་ཐོས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ཀྱེ་མ་བདག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་འབའ་ཞིག་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་པ་མཐོང་ན་ཅི་མ་རུང་སྙམ་དུ་འདོད་པ་སྐྱེས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གི་སེམས་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན་ནས་ཁང་བཟངས་ཤེལ་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྲུལ་པ་མཛད་པ་དང་། འདི་ལྟར་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་འབའ་ཞིག་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ་མེ་ལོང་གི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་འདུག་བ་ལྟར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །མཐོང་ནས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། སུ་ལ་ཡང་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ད་ལྟར་བདག་གི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲུབ་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་བུ་མེད་དོ་སྙམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ཧ་ཅང་མཐོ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་མངོན་པར་འདུ་མཛད་པ་དེ་སླར་བསྡུ་བ་མཛད་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ལ་ཆོས་བསྟན་པར་བརྩམ་པ་མཛད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་དགོངས་ཏེ། ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་བདེན་པ་མཐོང་བར་མི་བྱེད་སྙམ་དུ་དགོངས་པ་དང་། ད་ལྟར་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་ག་ཙང་སུ་ལ་ཡང་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ད་ལྟར་བདག་གི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲུབ་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་བུ་མེད་དོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཧ་ཅང་དགའ་བས་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ཧ་ཅང་མཐོ་བར་གྱུར་པར་ཐུགས་སུ་ཆུད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ལ་སོམས་ཤིག །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོས་བཙུན་པ་བཀའ་བཞིན་འཚལ་ཞེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལས་མཉན་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་ངོ་། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་ལ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐག་རིང་པོ་ཁོ་ན་ནས་མཐོང་ངོ་། །མཐོང་ནས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཚུར་གཤེགས། བཙུན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་བྱོན་པ་ལེགས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་གདན་བཤམས་པ་ཉིད་ལ་བཞུགས་ཤིག །དེ་ནས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་སྐབས་དབྱེ་བ་མཛད་པས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟར་སེམས་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་ན་རང་གི་སྟན་ལས་མི་སྣང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིང་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་གི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་མངོན་པར་འཕགས་ཏེ། སྤྱོད་ལམ་བཞི་པོ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། འགྲོ་བ་དང་། འགྲེང་བ་དང་། འདུག་པ་དང་། ཉལ་བ་དག་བྱེད་དོ། །མེའི་ཁམས་ལ་ཡང་སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་སྟེ། ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་མེའི་ཁམས་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་པའི་ལུས་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་སྣ་ཚོགས་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། སྔོན་པོ་དག་དང་། སེར་པོ་དག་དང་། དམར་པོ་དག་དང་། དཀར་པོ་དག་དང་། བཙོད་ཀ་དག་དང་། ཤེལ་དང་། དངུལ་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་ལྟ་བུ་དག་བྱུང་ངོ་། །ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཟུང་དག་ཀྱང་རྣམ་པར་སྟོན་ཏེ། ལུས་ཀྱི་སྨད་ནས་མེ་འབར་ཞིང་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྟོད་ནས་ཆུ་གྲང་མོའ་རྒྱུན་འབབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ལུས་ཀྱི་སྟོད་ནས་མེ་འབར་ཞིང་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྨད་ནས་ཆུ་གྲང་མོའ་རྒྱུན་འབབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ལྷོ་དང་ནུབ་དང་། བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སུའང་ དེ་བཞིན་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་བཞི་བསྟན་ནས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་མངོན་པར་འདུ་བྱ་བ་ད་ཕྱིར་བསྡུས་ཏེ་སྟན་པ་ཤམས་པ་ཉིད་ལ་འདུག་གོ །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཉན་ཐོས་འདི་ལྟར་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བ། འདི་ལྟར་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་མཆིས་སམ། དེ་ནས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་སྨྲས་པ། ཐུབ་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ། །གསུམ་རིག་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་ཤེས། །ཟག་པ་ཟད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། །དགྲ་རྣམས་བཅོམ་པ་མང་དུ་ཡོད། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཉག་གཅིག་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བ། མཐུ་ཆེ་བར་མ་ཟད་ཀྱི། འདི་ལྟར་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བ་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ་དག་ཡོད་དོ་སྙམ་ནས། དེ་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟས་གཙང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་སྙོམས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ

He was the great king, the holy incarnation. Then, King Suddhodana went to the west gate of the Khangzang Palace. The gatekeeper Evil Eye said: Great King, please stop, do not enter! Why? The Blessed One is teaching the Dharma to the retinue of the gods, and mere mortals cannot comprehend it here. Fair-faced one, who are you? Great King, I am the great king Evil Eye. Then, King Suddhodana went to the north gate of the Khangzang Palace. The son of Vaishravana said: Great King, please stop, do not enter! Why? The Blessed One is teaching the Dharma to the retinue of the gods, and mere mortals cannot comprehend it here. Fair-faced one, who are you? Great King, I am the great king, the son of Vaishravana. Then, King Suddhodana thought: Alas, how wonderful it would be if I could see the Blessed One teaching the Dharma to the retinue of the gods! The Blessed One, knowing the mind of King Suddhodana through his divine power, transformed the Khangzang Palace into a crystal-like transparency. In this way, King Suddhodana saw the Blessed One teaching the Dharma to the retinue of the gods, as if reflected in a mirror. Having seen this, he thought to himself: For anyone, there is no son like this, as if all my wishes have now been fulfilled! Then, King Suddhodana's state of mind became very elevated. After that, the Blessed One withdrew the manifested miracle and began to teach the Dharma to King Suddhodana. Then, the Blessed One thought: Why does King Suddhodana not see the truth? He realized that King Suddhodana now thinks that for anyone, there is no son like this, as if all my wishes have now been fulfilled! He understood that because he was very happy, his state of mind had become very elevated. Then, the Blessed One said to the venerable great Maudgalyayana: Maudgalyayana, you should advise King Suddhodana. The venerable great Maudgalyayana replied: As you command, Blessed One. Having heard the Blessed One's instruction, he went to where King Suddhodana was.

Yes. King Śuddhodana saw the Venerable Mahāmaudgalyāyana from a very far distance. Having seen him, he spoke thus: "Venerable Maudgalyāyana's son, please come here. Venerable Maudgalyāyana's son, it is good that you have come. Venerable Maudgalyāyana's son, please sit on the seat that has been prepared." Then, the Venerable Mahāmaudgalyāyana, because of the permission granted by the Blessed One, entered into such a samādhi: When the mind is thus settled, he disappeared from his seat and appeared in the sky above the eastern direction, performing these four activities, namely walking, standing, sitting, and lying down. He also entered into the fire element samādhi. When the Venerable Mahāmaudgalyāyana entered the fire element samādhi, various rays of light emanated from his body, namely blue, yellow, red, white, madder-colored, as well as crystal and silver-colored rays. He also displayed twin miracles, namely fire blazing from the lower part of his body and a stream of cold water flowing from the upper part of his body.
