His relatives gathered and came together, and on the twenty-first day after his birth, they held a grand celebration and discussed what name to give the boy. They thought: Because this boy was born in the water, therefore the boy's name should be called Water-born. Thus, his name was named Water-born. The young Water-born was cared for by eight nurses, two nurses responsible for holding him in their arms and feeding him, two nurses responsible for wiping his body, two nurses responsible for cleaning, and two nurses responsible for being his playmates. The king said: Like this power of my kingdom, I have neither son nor daughter, and after I die, my lineage will be cut off. The only son is also a mute, how can I not fall into contemplation? The ministers brought in a doctor, and after the doctor diagnosed him, he said: Your Majesty, this young man's senses are clear, and there is no sign of any disease, so he should be frightened. King Brahma-giver summoned the executioners and secretly instructed them: I will banish this mute youth in front of the public, you must not kill him. The executioners said: As you command. King Brahma-giver returned to the court and instructed the executioners: I will banish this youth, you take him away. The executioners said: As you command. Then, the executioners listened to King Brahma-giver's command, put the mute youth in a chariot, and sent him to the city of Varanasi.
