从变为所处之处拿起,放置于其他地方,像这样从一处藏到另一处。比丘未经那三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。此外,比丘未经三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。三种为何?即,思虑、努力、从一处藏到另一处。如何思虑?即,对于那,盗心近处存在,像这样思虑。如何努力?即,用手和脚努力,像这样努力。如何从一处藏到另一处?即,从变为所处之处拿起,放置于其他地方,像这样从一处藏到另一处。比丘未经那三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。此外,比丘未经三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。三种为何?即,他人所拥有、贵重、从一处藏到另一处。如何是他人所拥有?即,例如,贵重之物被他人所生者、女人或非男非女者所拥有,像这样是他人所拥有。如何是贵重?即,五个摩沙迦,或超过五个摩沙迦,像这样是贵重。如何从一处藏到另一处?即,从变为所处之处拿起,放置于其他地方,像这样从一处藏到另一处。比丘未经那三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。此外,比丘未经三种原因给予而取走他人贵重之物,则犯他胜罪。三种为何?即,认为是他人所拥有、贵重、从一处藏到另一处。如何认为是他人所拥有?即,例如,比丘像这样认为这些贵重之物被他人所生者、女人或非男非女者所拥有,像这样认为他人所拥有。

If a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through these three reasons, he commits a defeat. Furthermore, if a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through three reasons, he commits a defeat. What are the three? Namely, thinking, striving, and hiding from one place to another. How does one think? Namely, for that, a stealing mind is closely present, thus one thinks. How does one strive? Namely, one strives with hands and feet, thus one strives. How does one hide from one place to another? Namely, taking it from the place where it has become and placing it in another place, thus hiding it from one place to another. If a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through these three reasons, he commits a defeat. Furthermore, if a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through three reasons, he commits a defeat. What are the three? Namely, being possessed by others, being valuable, and hiding from one place to another. How is it possessed by others? Namely, for example, valuable items are possessed by others, whether born of others, women, or hermaphrodites, thus it is possessed by others. How is it valuable? Namely, five mashakas, or more than five mashakas, thus it is valuable. How does one hide from one place to another? Namely, taking it from the place where it has become and placing it in another place, thus hiding it from one place to another. If a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through these three reasons, he commits a defeat. Furthermore, if a monk takes valuable items belonging to others without being given them through three reasons, he commits a defeat. What are the three? Namely, perceiving it as possessed by others, being valuable, and hiding from one place to another. How does one perceive it as possessed by others? Namely, for example, a monk perceives that these valuable items are possessed by others, whether born of others, women, or hermaphrodites, thus perceiving it as possessed by others.
