The monks abandoned those who were sick, and the Blessed One said: Food and clothing should be given to those who are sick, and they should also be cared for. At another time, the distributor Ne-ga said to those Lha-bangs: Good people, I am the distributor, so you should come early tomorrow. In Rajagriha, the thieves known as the "Leftists of the Small Autumn Month," their usual practice was that as soon as they were expelled, the knowledgeable people would discuss with each other, saying: What work should we do so that we can enjoy comfort and ease throughout the year without having to work hard? At that time, someone who knew about the monks said: Knowledgeable people, we should destroy those servants of the noble ones who live outside the city. Others said: Not for the time being, even those masters who recite the door latch a hundred times find it difficult to fill their stomachs; they themselves have nothing, so what need is there to mention their servants? The one who knew about the monks said: Knowledgeable people, you do not know, they eat other people's food, strive to complete their own work, and accumulate wealth by various means; what they have is not even in this city, so let's destroy them a little. After they made an agreement, they began to destroy them from the caves. Then, those gods who had faith in the venerable Pilindavatsa said to the venerable Pilindavatsa: Noble One, please be aware.

The thieves ran away with the stolen goods, and when they saw the iron fence, they tried to pass through each other, but could not find a way. They threw away the stolen goods and ran away, and the iron fence disappeared. They picked up the stolen goods again, and the iron fence reappeared, and this happened seven times. They said: Wise men, it seems that someone with great miraculous powers and great power is guarding this place, we should throw away the stolen goods and run away. They threw the stolen goods to one side and ran away. When the villagers woke up, they shouted: Wise men, we have been robbed! We have been robbed! They were unhappy because of the loss of their property, gathered together, and began to search around the village, and saw all the things piled up in one place. So they felt happy and joyful, took their respective things, and went home. They each arranged guards to watch the house, and when they were sleeping, the god told them in their dreams: Wise men, you have not been robbed by thieves, all this is the power of the venerable Pilindavatsa. After dawn, everyone gathered together and said: Wise men, the god told us in a dream that you have not been robbed by thieves, all this is the power of the venerable Pilindavatsa. That's how it is.
