As long as it is not hidden from one place to another, a serious offense will be committed. If it is hidden from one place to another, then it can be said to be stealing. The value must be estimated, and if the items are complete, it will be judged as a defeat (ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར།), and if the items are incomplete, a serious offense will be committed. If that elephant is fat and its skin, flesh, and blood are full, then it can be said to be a whole. If it is thin, weak, and its neck and body are dry and without flesh, then whether it is distinguished by whipping, or by the nose, ears, ribs, waist, or tail, it can be said to be different parts. On the back of the elephant, there is a pavilion, and in the pavilion, there are various decorations, such as necklaces, decorated rings, armlets, collars, semodos (སེ་མོ་དོ།, a kind of decoration), and strings of pearls. If a monk uses these things, gets up from the bed, puts on a skirt, walks, rides the elephant, and enters the pavilion, as long as he is not greedy and does not touch, he will not commit a mistake. If he is greedy and touches, as long as he does not hide it from one place to another, he will commit a serious offense. If he hides it from one place to another, then it can be said to be stealing. The value must be estimated, and if the items are complete, it will be judged as a defeat, and if the items are incomplete, a serious offense will be committed. If the pavilion is decorated with fabrics of the same color, then it can be said to be a whole. If the pavilion is decorated with fabrics of various colors, then it can be said to be different parts. Just like the pavilion, the unfinished pavilion is also the same. Just like riding an elephant, riding a horse, riding a chariot, walking, riding a double palanquin, vehicles and palanquins, and the means of transportation used by children are also the same. Summary: Sailing, going with the current and against the current, this shore and the other shore, land, hiding pottery, drowning without joy. This is a monk's act of stealing.

If one moves something tied to a dam with a rope, it becomes a minor offense. If one leads the flow of water to one side, then as long as it is visible in front of one's eyes, it becomes a major offense. If it disappears from sight, it is called theft, and the value should be calculated. If the items are complete, one is defeated, and if the items are incomplete, one commits a major offense. If one leads the flow of water in the opposite direction, then as long as it does not exceed the boat dock, it is a major offense. If it exceeds the boat dock, it is called theft, and the value should be calculated. If the items are complete, one is defeated, and if the items are incomplete, one commits a major offense. If one leads it from this side to that side, or leads it from that side to this side, then as long as it becomes visible in front of one's eyes, it is a major offense. If it disappears from sight, it is called theft, and the value should be calculated. If the items are complete, one is defeated, and if the items are incomplete, one commits a major offense. If one pulls it out onto dry land and steals it, then as long as it becomes visible in front of one's eyes, it is a major offense. If it disappears from sight, it is called theft, and the value should be calculated. If the items are complete, one is defeated, and if the items are incomplete, one commits a major offense. If one hides it in the mud, thinking to return it later, it is called theft, and the value should be calculated. If the items are complete, one is defeated, and if the items are incomplete, one commits a major offense. If, with the intention of making it unhappy, thinking that it should not belong to others or to oneself, one hides it in the mud, or burns it, or cuts it, or destroys it, one commits a major offense. Summary: Autumn harvest and triangles, swans and lotuses, those that grow in water and those that grow on dry land, hunting tools and fishing nets. Thus, the end of the work of people's autumn harvest is like this: the end of the work of rice, the end of the work of sugarcane, the end of the work of salt, like that, like that, those are close by, and those times the water is very abundant.
